To make a city more sustainable, recycle is important but it depends on the actions of many individuals. What the promoter can do is to make recycle easier for people; such as bins for recycling, as convenient location as possible. If people need to walk a long distance to get to a recycling bin, then they may throw it in the trash or any other bins instead. The label should be clear, obvious and easy to understand.
