The first reason cell phones should be allowed in school is if a student needs to contact someone if they are sick. We should be allowed to call or text are parents if we feel sick. Kids will leave school and not get teachers or students sick. Kids will be able to stay at home so they can get better then come back so they do not miss too many days. Over the years, people have been using an electronic device called phones which are used for calling, looking up websites, and playing mobile games. People should not be able to use cell phones in certain places. If you are needing to use a cellphone that bad, then you shouldn’t be there in the first place. If it is urgent, then outside for a few minutes instead of annoying the others around you. Cell phones are the number one essential that people carry on a day to day basis. It is the necessary device to help connect with one another. The school board states that cellular device should be expelled completely from school grounds since it may distract other students from learning in a school environment. Some teachers might not have calculators for students to use when they do their work and it´s probably hard for them.
