On September 5, 2017, i made the trip to Celina Manor in search for my elderly particapent to discuss anxiety. Anxiety is an emotion characterized by feelings of tension, worried thoughts and physical changes like increased blood pressure. Mrs.Davis showed no tension nor did she express any worried thoughts, in fact, she was calm and collected and she prefered the posititive aspects of her life over the anxiety inducing ones. We bounced back and forth inbetween topics but the main one i will share is the topic of raising a child, as that was the only time she express stress in her life. I asked the particapent if she remembers the anticipation and stress of expecting a first child. Despite this, however she was still very much collected.
