Leaves are turning an array orange, red, and yellow and beginning to fall. The weathers getting cooler, coats are coming out, and holidays are near. During the fall my family and I love to spend time together to bake everything from pies to cookies to donuts. The very first thing I learned how to make is a pumpkin roll. Baking a pumpkin roll is my favorite thing to bake all you have to do is gather the ingredients, mix them all together to bake and then serve them. A pumpkin roll consist of two parts the cake and the filling. When baking a pumpkin roll the first thing you should do is head to your local grocery store and gather all the ingredients.

After all the ingredients are measured, preheat the oven to 375° F. Next, get a 15 x 10-inch jelly-roll pan, grease it well and line it with wax paper. The wax paper must be greased and have flour to ensure the cake does not stick to the paper. Moreover you will need a thin, moist cotton kitchen towel sprinkled with a layer of powdered sugar. To begin with, combine the dry ingredients, including flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, cloves and salt in small bowl. Stir the mixture until all the dry ingredients are fully mixed. Secondly, combine the eggs and granulated sugar in a large mixer bowl until mixture is thick. Then add the canned pumpkin in the large bowl with the eggs and sugar. Mix the dry ingredients in the large bowl with the rest of the ingredients. By now the baking process is half way through. Pour the mixture on the greased pan with the wax paper. At this time if you would like nuts in your cake you may sprinkle them on the mixture. Place the pan in the oven and bake for 13 to 15 minutes or until top of cake springs back when touched. (If using a dark-colored pan, begin checking for doneness at 11 minutes.) When the cake is finished immediately loosen and turn cake onto prepared towel. Be sure the towel has enough powdered sugar when rolling up the cake so it will not stick. Carefully peel off the wax paper

Preheat oven to 375°F or 190°C. Place paper liners into muffin tins. Combine dry ingredients in 1 bowl; wet ingredients into another. Pour wet ingredients into dry. Stir.
First, preheat your oven to 325 degrees fahrenheit. After you have done this, open your packet of brownie mix and pour all of the packet’s contents into your mixing bowl. Next, measure out ¼ cup of water and ⅓ cup of vegetable oil with measuring cups. Add the liquids into the mixing bowl. Continue by taking 1 egg and tapping it onto the rim of your mixing bowl until it gets a crack in the shell. Then open it the rest of the way and add the yolk and egg white
First, you must gather your materials. You will need butter, baking powder, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, cocoa powder, flour, salt, and honey. You will also need an 8-inch square pan. Make sure you have access to an oven.
While the over is preheating, grab a bowl and whisk together the flour and baking powder or baking soda. In a separate bowl, combine the butter and both of the sugars; use an electric mixer at a medium speed until your batter becomes light and fluffy. When batter is at this point you can now reduce the speed of the electric mixer to low, and add the salt, vanilla, and eggs. Beat these ingredients together until they are well combined. Now it is time to combine your two bowls together. After both of your bowls are combined you can add any additional ingredients, like the chocolate chips. After you have stirred everything together and created your dough, place tablespoon-sized balls of the dough on a baking sheet, these need to be at least two inches apart from one another. When your oven is preheated, place the baking sheet inside, but make not to burn yourself! Bake the cookies for about 12 to 15 minutes. When the cookies are baked to your desire, remove the pan from oven and let the cookies sit for 4 to 5 minutes. After the cookies have cooled down a bit, transfer them to a wire rack or a plate so they can cool completely. Once cooled it is time to serve and enjoy your delicious chocolate chip cookies.
While baking bread you will first want to mix all the dry ingredients together in a large bowl and set aside. In a medium mixing bowl, combine three and one third cups of flour, two teaspoon of baking soda, one and half teaspoon of salt, one teaspoon of cinnamon, and one teaspoon of nutmeg. The next steps you will need to mix all the wet ingredients in a large blender bowl. You will need to mix two cups of Libby’ Pure Pumpkin, three cups of sugar, one cup of vegetable oil, two – third cup of water, and four eggs into a large mixing bowl. Once all the wet ingredients are well folded together you will slowly begin to add the dry ingredients into the bowl a little bit at a time. Cooking the cake was a challenge because I had to put two pans in at a time and there was five or six pans.
Before you begin, always wash your hands. First we begin by blending with the wooden spoon, in one of the large bowls the brown sugar and the one-cup white sugar. Soften the margarine or butter in the microwavable bowl in the microwave for fifteen seconds. After you add the margarine to the sugar, mix them together. Add the peanut butter to the batter then mix again. In the small cup crack each egg separately, and add the yolk part to the batter and stir. Set the mixture aside for the time being. In the other large bowl measure out and sift the flour, baking soda, and salt. Once sifted together, carefully add to the sugar and butter mixture. Blend together carefully. It may take a little elbow grease. Once completely blended, add the vanilla and stir till it is mixed on. The hard part is now over. Make sure that there are no lumps of sugar, pieces of eggshell, and clumps of baking soda. Nobody wants to bite into those! From the batter, scoop out a teaspoon size amount out and roll in your hands until it looks like a sphere. Roll it again, but this time, roll it around in 1/2 cup of white sugar until completely coated. Once achieved, place on the baking sheet. Continue this process of shaping the cookie until twelve and been formed and are two inches apart from each other on the cookie sheet. Take the fork and gently press two fork prints on each cookie, one
