Albert Einstein’s words of wisdom, “Problems cannot be solved at the same level of awareness that created them.” interested me right from my school days and with single-minded devotion I focused my attention throughout my career in school and college to increase my level of awareness to understand life and the associated problems. After intense introspection of my abilities, academic background, areas of interest and future career goals, I have arrived at the decision of pursuing masters in MBA/Technology Management.
My academic career has proceeded in the best possible way so far. I passed out from the finest schools in the city (Mumbai, Maharashtra, India) for my 10th and 12th grade wherein I was able to secure 82.26% and 76.83% respectively. Initially I was puzzled by the formulas and logical orientation in the physical sciences. The timely guidance and support I received from my teachers and parents helped me grasp the principles of Physics and Mathematics which led me to pursue my career in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering. As a culmination of my efforts, I qualified for admission into the prestigious Bharati Vidyapeeth College of Engineering, Belpada Mumbai (Affiliated to the University of Mumbai)
The days of my undergraduate study helped me to get sound knowledge and firm grasp over the principles underlying the course of Electronics and Telecomm

In the business world today, there is nothing more constant than change. As such, most businesses would do well to pay attention to what is going on around them in order to assess anything that may be deemed a threat or a possible opportunity. A common practice in assessing this may be performed utilizing a SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) Analysis, which may be beneficial during the planning process and when designing and refining business strategy (Helms & Nixon, 2010). As most large organizations perform a SWOT on a regular basis, it is also noted that entrepreneurs have been successfully utilizing this tool as well (Ames & Runco, 2005).
This book is being written by a cohort of MBA students, a number of whom have graduate degrees in other disciplines. They can vouch for the fact an MBA program is different from other masters programs where the student “dives deep” into a subject area. An MBA program is more like “puddle jumping” as the cohort studies one subject area after
Load balancing is an important solution used to distribute incoming traffic among servers. So if any failure happens to one server it can load from another server. Thus we get maximum availability. Increase in new servers according to demand will make sure accessibility and responsiveness, and load balancer share in formations with new servers. It shares all the data with two or more servers. So it’s easy to get more amount of work in the same amount of time. Therefore server gets faster. It’s a good solution to implement in U20 football to maintain availability of uninterrupted Media content.
In my high school, my physics teacher realised my interest and influenced me in taking a Bachelor Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering in one of the most prestigious institutions
With the world evolving every day, where each new day witnesses a spate of new concepts and applications and each passing day makes them obsolete, I wish to garner the highest level of education and transcend new horizons. Management is the brain, heart and soul of any industry in the globalized world. I am eager to pursue MBA from Leeds Beckett University because International exposure is very essential for growth in this highly competitive and progressive world. And, through this I want to understand the nuances of analyzing and strategizing for sustainable and

I Introduce myself as an undergraduate student specialized in Electronics and Communication Engineering from “Sree Vidyanikethan Engineering College”, Andhra Pradesh which has empowered me to gain an open mindset and intense bits of knowledge. The course curriculum has been a fine blend of theory and practical knowledge during which I developed a keen interest on applying theory in practical.
During my under graduation, I nurtured an idea to shape my career in the way of doing research, in which period of time, has turned into my career goal. I am convinced that I should pursue a career in research and teaching as my profession. I wasn’t quite sure of what area of research I should get involved in, since I was interested in multiple areas of study until my high school. Taking a multi disciplinary undergraduate major has helped me to realize that computer science and logic are the areas which fascinates me the most when compared to others. By the end of under graduation I am crystal clear and confident in setting my priorities over computer science. Research at PhD level would be the best bet to satisfy my long term goal. I opine that completing masters and doing research at masters level would qualify me with the required skills in computer science and would set a perfect platform for my entry into PhD. Thus, after a careful consideration of my interests, abilities & goals, I decided to pursue masters degree in the field of Computer Science.
‘Learning is like a ripple in the waters of an endless ocean’. This is one of my favourite percepts and for the past few decades, man has been advancing into the unknown realms of technology and science. This advancement is to make life comfortable for humans at home and at work and I would like to be an essential part of such enhancement. To accomplish this imposing task. I am aware that besides my strong dedication and hard work, an eminent background in Computer Science is required. Therefore, I have decided to pursue masters in Computer Science, which will lead me to a career of teaching and research.

As rightly said by Nikola Tesla, “We crave for new sensations but soon become indifferent to them. The wonders of yesterday are today common occurrences”. The sweeping changes in the Technological world with the advent of Electronics have made the role of electrical and electronics engineering a really indispensable one. My fascination for engineering was from an early stage though not a conscious one. It has been my deepest desire to be a part of this proliferating community. While my Bachelor’s degree has given me a well-rounded strong fundamental platform and exposure in the Electrical and Electronics field, I am keen to pursue Graduate education to advance my knowledge as well as contribute to specific areas in Electronics and advancements in technology. I thereby seek to pursue graduate studies in Electrical Engineering at University of Texas at Dallas.
There is controversy in the added value a student gets out of a degree in Masters of Business Administration (MBA). Experts outside of the field argue that the MBA degree program provides courses for students, but that the courses are not teaching the students skills that they need for the field. Chris Roebuck says that MBA School graduates “educated bad leaders,”(62). Jeffrey Pfeffer; a professor of organizational behavior says that not all successful business leaders have an MBA degree (12). Supporting professor Pfeffer, Charles Haddad mentions that successful businessmen have made a career without a degree in MBA. For example, Bill Gates and Ted Turner say they didn’t bother with the degree because over a span of years the degree lessens in value (12). Attaining an MBA degree has better benefits than those who don’t because a degree ensures that you are qualified and skillful in doing your job. Having an MBA degree enhances management practice because it gives you tools that prepare you for the field, a broader perspective on how business is run, and enriches your learning experience by networking with peers of various disciplines.
The journey from small town to Delhi Public School, Patna took a lot of hard work and patience. I was a bright and intelligent student since childhood. Never did I fail to score highest in mathematics in my school days. My interest in Mathematics and Physics made science a natural choice for my graduation. Also, lately I scored 170/170 in the quantitative section of the GRE, which re-ascertains my acumen for technical subjects.
