Why I am Unique
I am unique because of my personal hobbies, dreams, and values. My favorite hobby is to play basketball. I think basketball is a very exciting sport to play and watch. I usually play basketball with my friends on the weekends or by myself. I love that basketball can be played indoors, outdoors, and is enjoyed by many people in the world. I have been playing basketball for 10 years and plan to continue playing in the future.
My dreams in life are composed of my pursuit for success and happiness. I plan to go to college and continue my education. Preceding college, I plan to work a enjoyable and high-paying career. I believe that you should be passionate about your job. I also want to get married, have children, and enjoy every
As far as goals, I intend on graduating from college and fulfill my aspiration of having a professional career. Growing up, my father has always worked minimum paying jobs and living for paycheck to paycheck, while my mother has always been a housewife. Whenever it came to school, my parents encouraged me to do my best in my studies.
When I get older I want to be a veterinarian. I want to travel to Hawaii because it's peaceful and the water is pretty. I want to live in the Bahamas because the weather is nice and the beach and water is pretty. If i were to get married it would be on the waterfront in the Bahamas or Hawaii. I eventually want to become a mom because i love children and i think they are so cute
My College and Career goals include graduating college and getting a job. I wish to attend the University of Alabama. I plan to major in occupational therapy or speech therapy. After I graduate with my bachelor's degree I wish to get my master's degree. After I finish my schooling I want to receive a job that allows me to provide for my family. I wish to receive this job in my degree's field. After receiving this job I wish to improve to reach a leadership role.
When I graduate for high school I want to go to East Carolina University to become a doctor, because the school is home plus it is one of the best schools that have a medical program, and I can work with babies and young people. I also want to have a small family and get married. I would like to have two kids, one a girl, one a boy or twins. I want to have a better life then what I grew up too plus giving them things that I didn't have. Also be a good role model to my younger brothers. To show them that anything is
I was born _name__ on _date__ in _place__. I am a son, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin, and friend. I was desperately shy as a small child, but grew out of it. My teen years were happy times sports, friends, summers spent in __place_. It all helped shape me into who I am today. My interests are many. I have always enjoyed reading about history and follow the history channel faithfully. I love music. It's been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I find it calming when life gets rocky.
I have many ideas for my future. I want to graduate high school with at least a 4.0 gpa. After that I plan to go to college and become either a pediatrician or a crime scene investigator. I hope to get married and have kids. With every goal that comes I hope to accomplish them.
comes I'm hoping to be a professional cosmetologist working in a salon or even owning a salon myself in California or Mexico. My goal is to have completed beauty school, so that I can get my salon and be my own boss to bolster my family. I will not be such a reticent person anymore, but instead I will now be more communicative and vociferous. I will have a stable income and a family to look upon to. My plans are also to exercise more and be robust. My family is the most precious thing I have in the world because they are the ones who push me forward to succeed my dreams. I can just imagine how euphoric I would be to have the life I have always planned
What makes me unique is my diverse background, attention to detail, and enthusiasm to learn. My mother and father had me when they were sixteen years old. Both parents ended up dropping out of high school, and my father was a well-known gang member from Norwalk, California. My grandparents decided to raise me, so I would have a decent childhood. I grew up in the City of Pomona, California. While growing up, I was exposed to various artistic expressions, different music genres, and various cultures. After high school, I ended up enlisting in the United States Marine Corps. I served on active duty for seven years and four months and received an Honorable Discharge. While on active duty, I traveled to exotic countries such as Okinawa, Mainland Japan, South Korea, Australia, Kuwait, and Iraq. After my military service, I traveled to the Philippines. I can honestly say that I enjoy experiencing, and learning, from different cultures. This experience has allowed me to better understand and engage various people within my community, my work, and at school. Another characteristic that makes me unique is my attention to detail.
If I could have my ideal future, I think it would be what people consider the American dream. Meaning a husband, children and a stable job, in my case a therapist. Although the American dream is much more than that, those are some pretty basic aspects of it. I think everyone strives to have those things I listed, but in terms of how those things will help me here at Georgia College and in my future goals the only one that really fits is my hope of having a job as a therapist.
There are many factors that shape us into who we are, and who we will become. Some of these factors we can control, while others we cannot. While we are born into many traits of our identities, much of our other behavior is learned. My identity, for example, is “based not only on responses to the question ‘Who am I?’ but also on responses to the question ‘Who am I in relation to others?’” (Allen, 2011, p. 11). My identity and the question of who I am, are both influenced by many aspects of my life, including my hometown, my family, my friends, and my beliefs and moral values.
My career path is to be a nurse and help the unwilling and disabled... My dream is to become a successful person and influence the younger generation to the same for their
Every human being has their own career aspirations. I also put one dream that I want to realize since being in school is to become a mechatronic engineer because of my deep interest in technical fields such as electrical and mechanical. Although, mechatronics engineer is not an easy career to achieve because have many obstacles and challenges to be met but I am sure that I am able to make full preparations for the realization of my dreams as a mechatronic engineer.
There are many things that I hope to accomplish and do when I get older. I want to improve and accomplish different things for myself in my career that I choose, in my material goals, and spiritually. I'm looking at the year of 2009, I will be out of college and be on my feet, hopefully. I have high expectations for myself and hope to accomplish as many of my dreams and goals as I can throughout my life.
With given a choice of what to write this paper, I could not get past the subtle nature of who we are as God’s creations. This fundamental truth of our identity is simplified with the truth of our identity in Jesus. We are created in God’s image with a purpose here on earth to display all of God’s greatness, His beauty, and to reveal all of His character aspects. Best of all, we are completely dependent on God. This new enlightenment of my identity in Christ as God’s creation will allow me to help people around the world become one with Christ by revealing the truth of their identity.
The purpose of this memo is to evaluate my listening skills, assess my strengths and weaknesses, and describe how I can improve my skills. My listening self-assessment score of 36 indicates that, although my skill level is decent, I have room to improve significantly. I regularly attend professional meetings where either informational listening or critical listening is required. Despite this, I consider my listening skills subpar and am aware of my need for improvement. In understanding how I can improve, I must first assess my strengths and weaknesses.
