RUNNING HEAD: WHY DID THE CHICKEN CROSS THE ROAD
“Wow,” is all the only thing I can say, when someone say those magic words “Churches
Chicken.” You never think about the things that make a business run, you only focus on the way you feel when you go there to satisfy your cravings. Churches is not just magnificent chicken, or sweet honey biscuits it’s the reason that the chicken crossed the road. First of all In the middle of the night when I wake up hungry and want chicken, not just any chicken, but Churches chicken I get so upset. The reason behind my madness is, because I have to drive all the way to another town to find that delectable taste that I am craving. When I think about all the traveling I have to

Appalled, yes that is the word for what I am thinking,
Churches Chicken doesn’t ask you any of that. So now I am in this drive through wondering, if I should have just driven the four miles and went to churches? I was so concerned about the long drive and the money that I would have spent on gas, when in reality I spent more than I would have if I had driven those four miles to Churches Chicken, between the price of gas and the chicken. The price, oh my that, price. A two- piece leg and thigh from Popeye’s only cost me $5.45 and that with tax. The two-piece snack I would have purchased from Churches cost $3.15 and the one that I almost purchased from KFC would have cost $6.40. That was only the prices for the food I am not counting the cost of the gas that I did use getting to these places, that I purchased these products from. So in all the aspects of the choses that I made I now understand that price does matter. It matters so much that for now on I will just drive to Churches Chicken to get the best chicken that I have ever eaten in my life instead of getting those imitation ones. I my opinion Churches has the best tasting fried chicken out of all of the fast food places

When attending a major sporting event or amusement park, the prices of food & drinks are always significantly more expensive than at an average convenience store or restaurant. There is no possibility that the food being purchased should cost that much, but these people are hungry & thirsty with no other choices, so they buy it anyway. Unfortunately, Grand Canyon University students deal with this on an everyday basis within the Lope Shops on campus. The approximate 15,500 students living on campus are forced to pay highly inflated prices for simple groceries at every available store on campus (Abraham, 2016, para. 2). GCU should lower the prices of groceries in on-campus shops or provide

I am a little funny acting when it comes to my food. I don't eat everthing but what I do eat it must be on point. One of my favorite restaurant is Qdoba. I love Mexican food and I must say that the knockout tacos are my favorite. There is something sinful about these tacos. When you walk into Qdoba the smell just capture your attention. I walk to the counter to order my food and the well prepared food is displayed so nicely. I walk down to add all of my ingrediants my mouth is watering to the point I needed a napkin. The cashier ask me ma'am would you like anything else I'm thinking to myself no lady just give me my three Knockout tacos. I pull out my credit card and I pay for my food and I head for my car. I look around because I don't want
In a 2012 gallup poll, only 5% of the U.S. is vegetarian and 2% is vegan(Newport). As animal products continue to be consumed, chickens, have enlarged in size over the last couple of decades. An article written on The Washington Post by Roberto A Ferdman said that Americans are eating less red meat, but more white meat. He states,”the obsession with chicken—which has lasted more than 30 years already—shows no sign of stopping”.(Ferdman Para 1). Chickens are being modified to have more mass, more meat, and be bigger in size.
Many years ago, backyard chickens were commonplace throughout the United States of America – mainly for nutrition. During that time, backyard chickens were easy to take care of and a small number of them could feed a family with meat and eggs for a bargain. Years later, manufacturing food became the way of life and
