WOOSH the wind roared but it was still sunny. We had planned on going to mackinac island. Just me and my sister went with the church for the trip. We were all ready to go and then we left for the 4 hour trip to Mackinac Island . Soon after we finally got to arrive at the campsite and we got to our tent then we got to set up the inside of our tent oh and there were these other girls that where the tent with us. When we fished our tent we went to the pool we were swimming at the pool for about 45min then we had to walk all the way back to the tent And me and some friends heard a big BOOM we thought someone was doing something with the tent then we seen smock a car CRASHED. We both spoke “oh god” we were so scared so we ran out to the car we
So we had to walk to our friend anthony's and the sky was getting dark and we were
30 minute drive we finally got there. I got out of the car and put all my pads
After driving for about a couple hours we stopped at a rest stop for the
It was still morning when we got there so we had all day to play and mess around. When we got all the stuff out the car we went to go find a spot. While we were looking we were already so excited, anyways when we found a spot we put some blankets on the floor, set our chairs up, and put all the food on the tables. Us kids all went to the bathrooms
I was staying the night at Anna’s house we were really Bored so we asked her mom if we can go to Walmart. So when We got up to walmart we could smell meat and so we were just walking down the ailes and we could see all the toys
Preparation of our food was quick, the waitress was really nice she told us that “fettuccine pasta with steak was a great choice”. While we was eating their was a jazz band playing”. Our mom ask us “Are y’all having a good time”. As Friday night came, the tour guide made an announcement on the intercom saying, “Saturday morning we would be in Bahamas and we would depart back to the ship on Sunday afternoon”. The next day, we left the ship and we was in the Bahamas.
The thing that I miss most about summer is King's island. I had a pass so I could go when I wanted to and it was always a fun time. It is a good time to hang out with friends and go on rides. My favorite ride there is the beast because it isn’t too bumpy and it has a ton of sharp turns and caves. It also is slightly scary with all of the fake warning signs. The food at Kings Island is also decent so I wouldn’t have to go get lunch. If I get tired of the rides then I can go on the water rides and the wave pool. The water rides don’t usually have the longest of lines if you get there early but if not then they are worth it. My favorite overall is the Tropical Plunge. This ride has the drop shoot, You stand in a vertical tube and you wait for the countdown and the floor drops underneath your feet. You then shoot down the tube and you make it to the end. All of these factors make Kings Island a very fun place, and the thing that I miss the most from summer.
We finally got inside Turner Falls, I was exhausted. I needed something to wake me up, therefore, Mari and I decided to go swimming. We were going to wait for the bus to take us down the big hill, but it was taking too long. We ended up walking
I was in awe at the sight of the beautiful lakes and the bright green trees. It took us about 5 hours to exit Minnesota and finally enter Wisconsin. See my family likes to stop at any little shop on the way when i’d rather just get the show on the road. The sights of huge hills filled with flowers and the sounds of the birds flying all around me. It took us about 45 minutes to get to the dells once we entered Wisconsin.
When we got there we went straight to my friends grandparents house so that we could unload all of our stuff. And we didn't go that day either because we didn't want to pay for it and then not even be there for a while. So we were going to
This past summer, I was getting ready to head out to Ponte Vedra beach to meet
About ten minutes passed and we finally seen them so my mom bought us all the kids a water each everyone had a hard time biking with the water but Ethan and I had a cinch sack to hold our phones helmets and waters and hats so we had started to speed on our bikes back to the more popular part of the island near the almost done part of our legs felt as hot as the sun but I had an idea to take the pain off our minds by turning it into a mini competition Olympics and racing to the Trading Post shop so we did we seen some parts of the island we have never seen before such as a school and a fishing dock and another thing
Well, no such luck. Though cloudy, it wasn't raining on Sunday morning and I nervously went to the race.
After what seemed like hours on the island of Nassau we arrived back on the ship.
Hailey and I shrugged it off and jumped into the shallow end of the pool. We had a splash fight, did a race, and tried to see who could stay under the longest. It was all fun and games until everyone around us started getting out of the
