No matter how one refers to Him, He is fully God and fully human. Because of humanity’s departure from wisdom, God decided to become man as a last ditch effort to save His people. This is best demonstrated in John 3:16, “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life”. Jesus lived among His followers teaching them about the good news of the Bible and when it was time, He willing sacrificed Himself in order to forgive the sins of those who believed and guaranteed his/her salvation. Once He ascended into heaven, the Holy Spirit remained, filling those who believed with the eternal love and guidance so that he/she may now spread the good news, just as His disciples did. Jesus’ identity and work is significant to the Christian worldview because they are the very core of this faith-based belief system. One learns from the Bible that one does not have to witness these works, just by merely believing will lead one to salvation. ‘A More Perfect Union’ is a speech that was delivered by the then US Senator for Chicago, Barack Hussein Obama, in response to criticism and condemnation that was thrown at him due to his relationship with Reverend Jeremiah Wright. Reverend Wright had come under attack from many corners of American society due to what people termed as ‘anti-American’ sentiments that Reverend Wright shared with his congregants, the most prominent of them being Senator Obama. (Obama, B. 2008).Senator Obama, who was then running for presidential nomination by the Democratic Party, was accused of tolerating anti-American sentiments. People, politicians and academics wondered how he could put up with such sentiments yet he hoped to lead a society as diverse ethnically and racially as America. This speech, ‘A More Perfect Union’, was Senator Obama’s response to these accusations.

When someone is baptized, they are initialized into the Trinity so therefore if a person denies the Trinity they also deny the unity of baptism (Edwards 2014, p.59). It was Athanasius’ mission to prove the Trinity was real which he reflected in many of his letters. He showed how we cannot comprehend every idea in whole but we can have faith that God’s word is true and that in it He reveals the three beings in one (Edwards 2014, p.51)

The Holy Trinity is the main mystery of faith and life, of God himself. Theology refers to God’s life within the Trinity and economy refers to the acts that God reveals Himself. The mysteries cannot be known unless they are revealed by God. There are two processions in God, Filiation, and Spiration. The Father begets the Son and in unbegotten, and both spirate the Spirit. Each person is in the Others. The Persons don’t share Divine Nature, it is not divided, each is Divine Nature. The Divine Persons also cannot be separated. The Trinity only has one nature.

He goes so far to say that the “notion of Two Sons, one of God the Father, the other of the mother” warrants the loss of adoption into God’s Kingdom. He experienced the limitations of the human body, in order that he may relate, identify, and understand the finiteness of man the sorrows of the sinful nature. “I am in the Father, and he is in me, we are in essence the one in the same,” Jesus said to Philip in 1 Jn14:9-11. “I came to teach you the ways of the Father and I do not speak on my own authority,” said Jesus.

There is a big difference between person and nature. Human nature if composed of body and soul, in a human person is found the added perfection which makes each one an individual, distinct from all others. A human person has only one human nature. Christ is a divine Person having the nature of God and the nature of man. God through time has proved He had both nature of God and the nature of man, which are two totally separate things. This was all by doing some things that only God could do and other things that men do. But let’s make it clear that Christ only is one person.

The second part of the Trinity is the Son, or Jesus. Jesus is believed to be the son of God, and that he is God made flesh. Christians believe that he preached a message of concerned salvation, love, and care for the poor and those in need.

Jesus Christ is believed to be the son the God and is believed to have said that to be close to God one must look into his or her inner self, not in how much time you devote to God, or the places you praise him in. The Christian concept of the mystical union can be defined as the search for and experience of an intimacy with God through Jesus Christ. The experience of the mystical union represents the total absorption of the humankind to the point, that it loses itself in the communion with God.

When discussing and proving the person of Christ, there are two basic laws that must be addressed and proven. First you must prove that Christ is one hundred percent human (humanity), then you must prove that at the same time Christ is one hundred percent God (deity).
