Oswald's Assassination

Several eye–witnesses in Dealey Plaza saw a gunman on the sixth floor. Some of their descriptions fitted Oswald, but others described someone who was unlike Oswald. Howard Brennan, the main witness against Oswald, was not very reliable: he described features he was unlikely to have seen, and he failed to pick out Oswald when confronted by him at an identification parade (‘line–up’ in US English) a few hours after the assassination.

The shots boom in the Texas School Book Depository! President Kennedy was shot twice, once in the throat and then a few seconds later he was shot in the back of the head. Oswald was the killer, the reason he did it may never be known. Although many people believe that there were multiple assassins, Lee Harvey Oswald acted alone in the assassination.

Now so why did jack ruby kill oswald it could be he was upset or he was in on it. I think he was in on it. Because he met up with oswald 2 weeks before the assassination. So I think they were discussing the assassination. So that made me start thinking was Jack e of the mobsters who shot kennedy. And maybe he was worried that oswald would spill ot the truth, so he shot him.

The accused shooter Lee Harvey Oswald, was first arrested for killing a police officer at point blank. It was shortly after the shooting when he was arrested with a gun in his possession at a nearby movie theater. He was then later accused of killing President Kennedy. The evidence presents that there could be alternatives to the official account that was made about the accuser. Conspiracies suggest Oswald acted alone, was framed, or worked with an organization to commit this crime.

This investigation will answer the question: To what extent did Lee Harvey Oswald’s history predispose him to kill John F. Kennedy? To determine the extent to which childhood and previous jobs influenced Oswald to assassinate the President, the scope of the investigation will focus on Lee Harvey Oswald and his relationships with political groups. It will also examine Oswald’s youth and the actions of previous life events. Only secondary sources about the assassination will be used in this examination.

His assassination was very unsuspected, mysterious, and very sad. There was a person named Oswald right now he is considered guilty. Some people think. he is innocent but it is still a mystery. He is considered guilty because the shot was fired from the 6th floor but once the police came in he was sitting on the first floor eating lunch like it was nothing. Still another thing is he would only have 90 seconds (1 minute 30 seconds) to go from the 6th floor to the 1st and not even winded or nervous, he was regular.

JFK was the 35th president at the time when he got shot by Lee Harvey Oswald. The place that he got shot was called the Dealey Plaza in Dallas, Texas. It was just a normal day and JFK was driving with his wife Jacqueline in an open top convertible. JFK was driving and then all of a sudden, everyone saw a gun shot by Oswald. This all had happened on Friday November 22, in the year of 1963. There was also this guy named Shea standing with his mother Hannah, holding their ice cream from the Dealey Plaza. Their ice cream was starting to melt because they had gotten their ice cream at 11:15 AM.

Two days after the JFK assassination, the official suspect, Lee Harvey Oswald, was shot dead by Jack Ruby, a Dallas strip club owner. Oswald’s famous remark that “I’m just a patsy” (Warren Commission Hearings, vol.20, p.366) inevitably led to suspicions that his murder was a convenient execution.

Oswald also had the military training from the Marine Corps and could have easily taken those three shots at a moving target and get a headshot in eight and a half seconds. In the military you are taught how to shoot fast and accurately under a lot of pressure and stress. The KGB would not have wanted to do this because it was at the height of the Cold War and would have started a nuclear war and neither the Soviet Union of the United States wanted this to happen. The CIA would not have done it either because they are a trusted institution in our government and are supposed to protect our nation and its people. They would have known if anyone else was involved like the KGB or any other secret or foreign agency. Lyndon B. Johnson would not have wanted to do this at all either. He was just really easy to blame because he was next in line for the presidency because he was the vice president. Many people wonder who was involved in the crime, where it took place, and was it just one person who did it? There is one theory that seems to be very plausible. This one theory is Oswald was a part of the crime, but he was a part of a bigger conspiracy. There is no way that Oswald could have done all of this alone. Oswald was on the second floor casually eating his lunch when the gun was on the sixth floor, shots came from both behind and in front when Kennedy was shot, and members of the plan were scared if Oswald would spill any information.

Other sources believe differently. Oswald had a Soviet wife, and the United States was not exactly friendly with the Russians at the time (“Kennedy Assassinated”). Some believe that he could have killed Kennedy because of his Soviet beliefs (Bradford). It is hard to justify Oswald’s reasoning to murdering Kennedy because before he could properly answer this question, he was already dead.
