One day in March, my friend, sister, and I were walking home from Plain City Elementary. We decided to stop at Maverik on the way home. We crossed the parking lot, inhaling the pungent smell of gasoline. We were all parched, so we headed for the drink section. After looking there for a while, we meandered our way over to the gum and candy aisle. This is where the story gets weird. While we were looking at gum, three boys from our school walked in. One thing you have to understand about these guys is that they’re pretty popular, and they’re a grade older. To our surprise, they waved, so we waved back and continued to talk and look at gum. My sister walked off to get a Slurpee, so my friend and I started talking. While we were talking, the
Most American citizens would agree that modern medicine has drastically changed American Society. The progression of medicine has impacted American lives in multiple ways. It has changed how the United States military uses medicine, how American scientists research medicine, and how everyday American citizens use medicine. Just 100 years ago, the people of the time period would not have been able to comprehend the medical advances that today’s society experiences, and what postmodern societies will continue to experience. Over time, the progression of medicine affected American soldiers during times of war, changed how diseases were discovered and treated, and impacted the way 21st century Americans view medicine and medical professionals.
My brother Andrew is in High School and he is in National Honor Society. Once every month they go and clean Highway 80 and pick up all the trash around it. Well one time when they went a lot of people were on vacation and they were trying to get other people to fill in. They kept on trying to get other people but, everybody was saying that they were too busy. Then, Andrew asked me what I was going to be doing and I said "Nothing" then he said "Do you want to come help us clean Highway 80?" I said "Sure. What time?" Andrew said "Right now." So I went and got dressed we hopped in his car and drove to the High School. When everybody got to the High School we started walking down Highway 80 picking every piece
The next day, I went to school and I asked my friend Junior if he wanted to come to the Notre Dame Football game with me tomorrow, and he said yes. He asked me who they were versing, and I said The Cardinals. Junior said “that would be a good game, but first I have to
Last year, while I was in band, my friends and I were at a band competition. We were all just hanging out and watching other schools perform their marching routine. My friends and I loved to mess with each other and pull a few harmful pranks on each other from time to time. Well, one of my friends lean over to me and whispered, “Watch this.” Suddenly, he goes behind Nathan, our friend,
Mother and I agree to make Oreo cupcakes, candy kabobs, m&m cookies, chocolate chip cookies, and trail mix. I had to work that afternoon and wouldn’t arrive home until nine at night, but mom wasn’t going to start with out me. I got off work smelling like pizza dough, and exhausted, but I knew I had work to be done for the bake sale. While mom was baking the Oreo cup cakes I was putting together candy kabobs. My gloves where all gooey from positioning all the gummy candy on the fondue stick, and my fingers where aching from the twist ties that where used hold the bags together. The good thing was the whole house was full of over whelming smells of cupcakes, cookies, candy, and icing. Finally, my mom and I finished, so we got everything packed up and prepared for the morning of the bake sale. I couldn’t wait to go to bed. We arrived early at seven in the morning to arrange the booth. The booth looked amazing, I just wanted to eat everything that was on the table. When all the booths were ready to go, families began approaching the booth buying our baked goods. The children really enjoyed the candy kabobs. All the kids were walking around with gummy, sticky faces, and kept returning to buy more. Those sold out fast! From eight o’clock a.m. to four o’clock in the afternoon, I stood on my feet trying to get folks to come over and contribute
Also, during gym time a game of Duck Duck Goose was started by about five students. The girl who was it, became mad because while she was going around the circle another student jumped up and started with her out the blue then the other girls

Everyone stops and looked at me. I didn’t hesitate and said “okay”. I went up to the back of the room to get all the materials that is needed for the project. which I was told that this project is worth my grade plus extra credits and have to use gummy bears as the bases that make the code of the DNA while using the red vines as the sugar-phosphate backbone. When

The most important part was the interaction between the both of them. The second boy tried to get the first one to “be kind” and talk to me instead of using his phone, but he protested that he was shy. What stuck out the most was when “Boy #2” told “Boy #1” to “just be himself.” It implied that he was actually more talkative and that I made him uncomfortable. Despite this it really wasn’t that bad. The first boy even admitted that if I sat there more often it wouldn’t take long to see him “act weird,” which I later learned meant how he normally acts.
Once there was a very active 14 year old boy named Joseph Brook. He and his dad ran a plumbing business. His day was viciously abusing him, so Joseph had a lot of bruises all over his body. One day, Joseph and his dad went to a extremely nice house which was owned by lawyers. In the gigantic house, there was a funny and friendly 14 year old girl named Madison. When Joseph and his father arrived at the house, Joseph met Madison. They started to hang out the rest of the summer before Madison had to go to prep school during the year, but not on the weekends because her parents were there. Joseph walked 7 miles to and from her house just to spend a couple of hours with her. During her school breaks and after school, they would skate on the ice and make snowballs and
It was one hot day and one of the cuties girls in town was walking town the way glasses was going. We was suppose to be going to the sandlot but he had a crush on her so he wanted to look at her walk. So after finally getting to the sandlot nobody wanted to play ball because it was too hot.

I had to go get the ranger to put the bright orange pumpkins in the back of the ranger so people don't have to walk to far. After that i have to walk in the barn to feed the cows there nasty food. Will i was walking home after school my mom had picked me up at the corner of the street and i was scared to tell her because my grandma was in the car and she would have gotten mad. When we went home I told my mom that i
After we went back to our seat the boy in the booth behind us started talking to us. He was probably 3 or 4. He pointed out the window and said “what’s that?” Then he said, “It’s snowing!” Meanwhile his mother and his grandfather continued their conversation. When the grandfather noticed that the boy was still talking to us he said, “Are you flirting with those girls?” and the boy nodded his head. The grandfather then asked him which one of us he had a date with and he didn’t answer.
