Denise Brown, Nicole’s sister stated, it was only a week and a half before she died when the couple broke up. Witnesses had seen a person similar to that of Simpson’s figure entering the house, to only come out, alone leaving behind a glove holding the sufficient evidence, also prior to the murder Simpson and Brown were having relationship issues, making Simpson the prime suspect from the beginning.
Of the founded evidence it came to a result of without a doubt Simpson being the murderer of Nicole Brown and Ronald Goldman. In the afternoon of 12, June, 1994, 2:30pm. A friend of Brown’s, Brian “Kato” Kaelin, and resident of Simpson’s Brentwood estate guest house, converses with Simpson. Simpson telling Kaelin he and Nicole are no longer “together anymore.” At 6:30pm, excluding Simpson, Nicole and nine others eat dinner at Mezzaluna in Brentwood, near Nicole’s condo. Though not waiting on their table, Nicole’s friend, Ron Goldman is working at the establishment. Just after the Houston Rockets and New York Knicks NBA playoff game, Kaelin sees and talks to Simpson at the estate, at around 6:30-7:00pm. Nicole leaves Mezzaluna at around 8:30pm. At 9:30pm a woman that dined
The book that I am going to introduce is Outrage: The Five Reasons Why O.J. Got Away With Murder, written by Vincent Bugliosi, and was published on June 17, 1996. We all know that Nichole Simpson and Ronald Goldman were stabbed to death and their bodies were discovered on June 12, 1994 early morning. It was said that after a car chase, O.J. was found with $9,000 I cash, his passport, disguise, and a gun. O.J. Simpson who is her ex-husband was acquitted October 3, 1995, for their deaths in a trial that riveted the nation and divided people along racial differences. In 1997, he was ordered to pay a little over $33 million for their deaths. O.J. Simpson is still serving time in prison for things like kidnapping, robbery, burglary, assault with a deadly weapon, and numerous other charges. Mr. Bugliosi sums up five reason why the case was lost. Those five can be labeled as the jury, the change in venue or settings, the judge allowing the defense to play the race card, the stupidity of the prosecution throughout the trial, and lastly the summation of what should really have been done. But in honesty when the media started reporting about this case it was already falling apart.
On June 12th, 1994, Nicole Simpson and Ronald Goldman’s bodies were found Nicole’s condominium; the victims had been stabbed to death. Known around the world as O. J., famous celebrity Orenthal James Simpson was arrested and convicted for the murder of his ex-wife, Nicole Brown Simpson, and her mistress, Ron Lyle Goldman. Although Simpson denied any participation in the crime, the FBI found numerous evidence that proved hands down that he was the murderer. After a trial that lasted more than eight months, he was acquitted and was able to go home. Personally, I feel that the jury made the wrong decision.
On the late evening of June 12th, 1994, a fellow Brentwood neighbor went to investigate why a nearby dog was constantly howling when they discovered the grisly murder scene(Geis & Bienen, 2016). The victims, 35-year-old Nicole Brown Simpson and 25-year-old Ronald Goldman, were violently stabbed to death with a knife in the walkway of Nicole’s home(Geis & Bienen, 2016). The O. J. Simpson double murder case, also titled “People of the State of California v. Orenthal James Simpson was a trial in which James O.J Simpson, a former National Football League player was convicted at the Los Angeles County Superior Court of two murder offenses on June 12, 1994. He was accused of killing his ex-wife Nicole Brown Simpson and Ronald Goldman, a restaurant waiter at Mezzaluna. The trial spans for a period of eight months. The opening statements were read on January 23, 1995, whereas the verdict, which left Simpson a free man, was declared on October 3, 1995. “The Trial of The Century,” as it is commonly known, has been described as the most publicized trial in history. However, before Simpson could be arrested and prosecuted, they had to go through an investigation process with the implementation of some techniques used by the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) as this essay illustrates.
On the morning of Monday, June 13, 1994, investigators found the dead bodies of Nicole Brown Simpson and Ronald Goldman. They were brutally slashed the night before. This caused a lot of news coverage because of who Nicole Simpson was. She was married to a O.J. Simpson, a famous football player and celebrity. From the start, many people suspected O.J. for the murders because O.J. and Nicole recently separated. So theorists asserted that when Nicole started hanging out with Ronald, it caught the eye of O.J. Critics said that O.J. killed the two out of anger and jealousy. At the same time, O.J. had many other people supporting him and believed that he was not a suspect. Even today people still argue about this case and its mystery.
A crime being committed is the first event to initiate our criminal justice system. On June 12th 1994 a double murder was reported at the residence of Nicole Brown Simpson the ex-wife of the then beloved Orenthal James (OJ) Simpson. It was discovered that Nicole Brown Simpson and Ronald Goldman had been brutally murdered and the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) began their investigation, this being the second step in our criminal justice system.
Another cunning piece of evidence was the bloody glove found behind Nicole's house, that had fit O.J.'s hand and supposedly had blood in it, but when it was time to call the glove as evidence in the court room, there was no blood. This leads us into question about whether or not racism played a role in the lengthiest trial in United States history. With the help of a strong team of forensic experts, the lawyers were able to identify irregularities in the conduct of the investigation by LAPD detectives and forensic specialists. For example, one of the detectives Philip Vannatter, had carried a sample of Simpson's around with him for hours: and some of the blood taken from Simpson was unaccounted for. After much investigation, the defense team found evidence that Mark Fuhrman, the detective who allegedly found the bloody glove in Simpson's yard, was a raving racist who, contrary to his claim on the stand, frequently used the word “nigger” and had bragged about framing blacks, especially those involved

On June 12,1994, Nicole Brown Simpson and Ronald Goldman were murdered. Their bodies were discovered outside Nicole Simpson's condominium. Nicole Simpson was the estranged wife of the famous football player and T.V. star O.J. Simpson. Did O.J. Simpson really do it? That question has caused a lot of argument and controversy. Before the arrest of O.J., he was involved in a car chase with one of his buddies. Simpson was suppose to turn himself into the police but instead he kidnapped his friend in his truck and tried to flee threatening to kill himself while his buddy was driving the vehicle. The media quickly got involved in this car chase and they got some of Simpson’s friends to talk him into just turning himself into the police. None of this
The New York Times bestseller book titled Reasonable Doubts: The Criminal Justice System and the O.J. Simpson Case examines the O.J. Simpson criminal trial of the mid-1990s. The author, Alan M. Dershowitz, relates the Simpson case to the broad functions and perspectives of the American criminal justice system as a whole. A Harvard law school teacher at the time and one of the most renowned legal minds in the country, Dershowitz served as one of O.J. Simpson’s twelve defense lawyers during the trial. Dershowitz utilizes the Simpson case to illustrate how today’s criminal justice system operates and relates it to the misperceptions of the public. Many outside spectators of the case firmly believed that Simpson committed the
