On Thursday, February 17, 2017 at around 12:09 am, I, Sergeant Bever heard over the radio the Officer Etheridge was in pursuit of a vehicle in the College Park Subdivision and assisted him in the pursuit. I caught up to the pursuit when the vehicle being chased turned onto West Park Dr and headed west. The vehicle then turned right onto Ridgeway Dr, heading west, made a U-turn and turned left onto West Park Dr and headed north. The vehicle then made a right turn onto Northbrook Dr, a right turn onto Gardendale and a left turn onto Woodlane. The vehicle turned left onto Landier Rd, headed south and turned left onto Southern Dr. The vehicle continued south, turned left onto Oxford Dr and turned left on University Dr. The vehicle then turned right onto Southern Dr, crossed Ladnier Rd into the College Park Elementary School's north entrance and drove into the grass behind the school. The vehicle then came to a stop in the northwest corner of the School's property. A black male exited the vehicle from the drivers side and a white female exited form the passenger. On March 17, 2016, at 1:41 P.M., officer T. Cramblett CPD#1191 was dispatched to he area of Sharon Woods Blvd. and Brookhurst Ave on a narcotics complaint. Radio was advised by a known caller that a white Chevrolet Malibu, occupied by two white females, was parked on the street and were involved in the sales of narcotics. Officer Cramblett was responding to the area when he observed a white Chevrolet Malibu traveling south bound on Beechcroft Rd. Officer G.Meyer CPD# 2333 had also been dispatched on the run, and was traveling north bound on Beechcroft Rd., when he observed the vehicle ,traveling south bound, and aired with radio that it was occupied by two white females. On Tuesday, June 6, 2017, at approximately 2134 hours, Trooper Jason Brown, Unit 522, conducted a traffic stop at the junction of US 460 and Camargo Leevee Road in Montgomery County. Jimmy White was pulled over for driving with no headlights. When Trooper Brown made contact with Mr. White, dispatch advised Mr. White had active arrest warrants. When Trooper Brown advised Mr. White that he had active warrants and was under arrest, Mr. White began to flee on foot. Trooper Brown chased him approximately 300 feet giving him loud verbal commands to stop running. Mr. White tripped over some debris in the yard he was running through and fell to the ground. When he got back up to continue running, Trooper Brown attempted to place him in hand cuffs.
On June 7, 2016, officer T.Cramblett #1191 was working cruiser 9182D, Zone 1 DMW, wearing the uniform of the day. Around 11:38 A.M radio aired that a robbery had just occurred at 1910 S. Hulmac Ct. Apt D, and that the suspect was a male black wearing a black shirt, jeans and having a goatee. The victim stated that the male had fled westbound from her apartment towards the 3C market located on Tamarack Blvd. The victim also stated the male was accompanied by a white female. Officer Cramblett was on Tamarack Blvd. when the information was aired and started to circulate the area. Upon arrival I spoke to the complainant Ms. Delisa Smothers. Ms. Smothers stated that at approximately 2230 hours, an unknown black male went inside her neighbor's truck located across the street at 2221 University street.
On Thursday, July 14, 2016, at approximately 0847 hours, Patrolman David Stamets had a vehicle stopped on the 100 block of East Oak Street. Immediately after Stamets stopped the vehicle Your Affiant positioned his vehicle on the 100 block of South White Street near the Oak Street intersection facing southbound. When exiting my vehicle your Affiant observed a gold Pontiac sedan accelerating northbound on South White Street at an unsafe speed towards Stamets and your Affiant's location.
In summary, on 03/29/16 at 1855 hours I was patrolling the area of 1200 S 54th Ave., at which time I observed a vehicle (red 07' Lexus IL Z161188) traveling northbound in the wrong lane to pass a vehicle at a high rate of speed. A traffic stop was conducted on the vehicle occupied with three (3) male subjects.
While on duty, I, Officer J. Daniszewski, was traveling eastbound on W Westover St. As I was stopped at the intersection of W Westover St and Sawyer St. the suspect vehicle passed me traveling westbound on W Westover St. As the suspect vehicle passed me, I looked in my rear view mirror and could not see a license plate on the suspect vehicle. As I was travelling down Ladnier Road I observed a white vehicle turn north onto ladnier from College Villa and immediately turn around and head onto West Park Drive.
