One of the most frustrating situations is having a conversation with a person and getting angry when they aren’t understanding what you’re saying. Have you ever realized that you most likely do the same thing? A great suggestion to a less frustrating lifestyle is a simple fix of seeing a situation from someone else’s point of view. Various ways of fixing such a simple issue are to consider what the person is going through, their beliefs, and the details they might have seen that you missed. Going through life, you never know what someone else is hiding behind a smile. Many times someone is grieving over a family member and they deal with their grief in a way that seems almost rude to you. In a conversation, you might’ve triggered a memory that reminds them of a time of grief. Another thing you might need to watch out for is the factor of fear. The person may have been reminded of something scary in their past that makes them anxious or angry and want to …show more content…
To every situation there is more than one view on the topic. While dealing with a person, it is important to remember that aspect of belief. You are entitled to your own opinion and so is any other person. In saying that, the other person might not be considering your point of view and might think that your opinion is wrong according to their beliefs. They might feel they are entitled to their opinion but might not think on your side of things. It is important to be respectful while trying to figure out their side of the situation. While growing up, your parents pour their beliefs into your tiny little head. Your parents can be the main factor of a controversy and may unintentionally start fights. You were taught what to believe according to two certain people and the other person may have a totally different view on whatever the topic is. It is suggested to learn different beliefs to learn where they might be coming
An organization that I admire and would like to work for in the future is Chase Bank. The most admirable quality of this financial institution has to be its leadership during the financial crises of 2008. Through great task delegation and resource management, this company was able to circumvent detrimental events which could have led to bankruptcy. Since, I am interested in working for a financial institution such as Chase Bank and I am following the educational steps that reflect this desire, it would only be appropriate that in the future a joining of interests from Chase Bank and myself would take place. With further education in finance, I see myself developing a strong foundation of knowledge
Understanding what another is going through requires you to have experienced it yourself. This is the theme of Under The Rice Moon. In Under The Rice Moon a small swallow was captured and it would be its first time not flying under the rice moon because it was in a cage. The small swallow was passed from owner to owner until someone finally listened to it. The boy, girl, and grandfather got profit off of the bird, they used him. They did not understand what the bird was saying because they had not been encaged as the other sickly girl had. She felt encaged because of her fever so she knew that what the bird wanted was to be free, to be able to soar under the rice moon.
When talking to people you can find out how they are feeling by the way they are sitting, holding there selves and whether they make eye contact. A happy person will make eye contact but an unhappy person may look down and may appear tense.
As we go through our day to day lives be it at work or in other settings there will always be times when you disagree with other adults. The way that you cope with these disagreements is very important. You must ensure that you always remain calm and polite, no matter how
It is obvious that what may be wrong to me maybe seen as appropriate in the eyes of another. However, we live in a world where many of us have come to accept people's differences in cultures, morals, and
We all have beliefs. People have their different beliefs and think differently than everyone else.
Have you ever thought about what you believe in or where your belief comes from? Your beliefs come from your family, what you see on TV or what you here on the radio, and even yourself. Your beliefs reflect who you are and what type of person you are going to be.

Understanding when a person doesnâ€TMt want to communicate as much on a particular day is important so just a simple smile will help them feel you are there to listen if you need to
When it comes down to religion I must say that in no way would my point of view change if someone had a different opinion then I do. Why? Because one whose view would change after speaking to a cognitive
After hearing what they’ve had to say and depending on the dispute it may call for you to explain to them the difference in right and wrong. Alternatively, the dispute may call for apologies. If that is the case help them to understand why they need to apologies by explaining that if they were put in the same position as the other person how they would feel.
Religion these days have become the center of our attention as we contemplate whats right and what is wrong. Figuring out what religious views fit best with what you believe can be difficult to grasp as sometime we begin to wonder if what we read or believe actually is true. It is only human nature to question the beliefs that are set before us. Religious views all over the world have many spiritual beliefs and traditions that are all different in some way. It is important to have the knowledge of different religions as not everyone in this world believes the way you might. Having the sensitivity towards their belief is important and having the understanding that you can't change the way that they think. Two world religious views that are
Conflict need not be catastrophic or personal conflicts are simply part of being human. Deal with issues as they arise, avoiding conflict makes situations worse. Time does not resolve matters instead it decreases the chance of a positive outcome. Attempt to understand the other person's point of view because dismissing the other's views, assigning blame, and exclusive focus on your own perspective are all counterproductive. Do not judge emotions, no one's feelings are more or less “right” than the other. Emotions reflect a valid perspective of an individual even if you don't understand it; acknowledge the other person's reaction as important. Focus on the behavior, situation or problem area without attacking the person involved. Do not assume your values or beliefs are “right”, they reflect a view of the world from your unique perspective. Respecting another's viewpoint as equally valuable opens an opportunity for learning and growth (Lifetips moving up in life, 2000).
