In this case, at least 65% of the American household has one person who plays video games constantly. The average e gamers are 35years old with about 70% of them being 18 years and above.
The video games sales continue to rise with about 24.5million games being sold in 2016 up from 21.4 million in 2014. Among children, video games have been considered to have a bad influence particularly its effects after being exposed to the violent behavior. According to Entertainment Software Associations, 71 percent of parents believe that video games play a positive role in their child's life. 67% of them play video games with their child at least once a week.
