My Quality World My Tomorrow Most people don't really understand what "Quality World" really means. Dr. William Glasser coined this term, a psychiatrist who believes that we all have an idea of what we really want in life. According to this author "Quality World" is the overall understanding of everything that is important to us (e.g. possession, principles and beliefs, experiences and relationships) in our lives. Whenever I get frustrated and alone, I get over it by skipping and talking with them every other day. I'm going to be a first person to get bachelor degree in my family. They have a hope from me and they dream about me being independent and stand in my own feet. They always encourage me. Every person of my age wants to have fun, get drunk, go out, and explore his or her fun times. But this is the starting phase of college level; I have to only think about my study and career now. I'm making myself motivated from reading books from college and its experience and from my eldest brother and sister who have already reached in maximum height of success. We all have our weak points on us; it's all in our hand how overcome it to reach in our goals. My four letter codes from the personality assessment in chapter 12 are: Introversion 'I': I prefer quiet and time to consider things. I do mental work privately before talking and understand something before trying it. I do understand the idea of a task and to work alone or with just a few people. I prefer setting my own standards. Intuition 'N': I usually pay most attention to the meanings of facts and how they fit together. I prefer to use my imagination to come up with different ways and possibilities to do things. I like solving new problems and dislike doing the same thing over and over, I enjoy learning new skills more than practicing old skills. I am impatient with details and don't mind complicated situation. Thinking

Introvert’s individuality is talked about in the book Quiet by Susan Cain. In the current era, everyone is supposed to work on projects with others. For introverts, working with others is very challenging, it requires constant communication and collaboration with others, which wears them out . Introverts typically prefer to work alone on projects, as it allows them to follow their own ideas without the exhaustion of making sure they are following the team’s plan. Today’s offices are designed to encourage coworkers to cooperate with one another, they have open floor plans and every desk is next to one another and is not divided by anything.

The first subset of my personality is Extraversion, as opposed to Introversion. As an extrovert, I would describe myself as social, external and gregarious. This characteristic helps me communicate and reach out to others. However, there are cons that go along
However, my intuition is my sixth sense, I use it on a daily and it has a 1% failure rate (in my opinion). My Intuition allow me to make mostly great decisions, and form relationships. Therefore, I love thinking into the future and making decisions based on previous experiences; just the way I learn from my mistakes. Intuitive individuals are very imaginative, open-minded and curious. They prefer novelty over stability and focus on hidden meanings and future possibilities (16personalities). Many people tell me I am a very quick thinker and I can always make things

People in society stand somewhere with different lives. Some people are satisfied, others not so much. What do we call a world where we are in an environment we enjoy, with people we love, and with harmony? That is called Quality World. It seems a bit too good to be true but it can be done, but it is completely up to the choices made. For example, if I want to be a teacher I would have to save up for college, enroll in college, finish my degree, and find a job. It seems quite simple, but if I decide that college is getting too stressful and drop my classes, then I am now further away from my quality world. In each quality world you need, “love/belonging, power, freedom, and fun,” (17).

In the ISFJ personality the letter “I” represented me being an introvert. Introverts tend to be more closed in and often think about things before acting on them. Introverts would choose reading a book over hanging out with friends. Introverts, like myself, prefer alone time more often than others. I show this common characteristic very often. A lot of my family and friends often worry that I am too introverted and should get out more. In my career, I have always enjoyed one on one task versus group assignments. I always took pride in completing my tasks alone and in a timely and accurate manner. Introvert is a definite fit for my personality. "Good introductory paragraph
Introverts are people who spend time thinking and reflecting before they act. Their motivation is internal, which might end up closing them off from the world around them. Introverts usually prefer one-to-one relationships, and only express intimacy with a few family members or close friends. Introverts also love doing activities that allow them to be put in an organizational position. Occasionally, introverts will shut down and close off from all of those around them. Personally, I believe that is a completely accurate description of myself. I also plan out my days ahead of time, and I love being able to put things together. While I sometimes I think that it is a negative thing, I do tend to close off from my circle, which happens to be very small. If I do get to meet my goal of being a teacher, my introversion definitely yields to potential for problems. Getting out of my shell would be a challenge, without a doubt. That being said, my introversion is mostly geared towards others my age. I am usually very comfortable around people that are older or younger than I am, which makes me believe I would probably be okay. Other than having to overcome the challenge of opening up, being an introvert does have upsides, such as having an urge to get things done.
An introverted intuitive thinker otherwise known as an INTP personality type is who I am.
Carl Jung has defined introversion as “withdrawn and often shy, and tend to focus on themselves along with their own thoughts and/or feelings.” Jung also found that everyone starts off with introversion and extroversion, but with time and life experience only the dominant one is the one that shows Therefore, for example two young children going through different life experience can both end
