In "Most Dangerous Game" Rainsford is being hunted down by Zaroff because Zaroff finds hunting a game and he finds it fun but in High Noon Will Kane is being hunted by 4 people for what he did. In High Noon at first Kane was going to run and try to live a happy life with his new wife but instead of doing that he told himself I don't run from a fight, but in "Most Dangerous Game" Rainsford ran from Zaroff but when he was running from Zaroff he set traps along the way. But at the end of both "Most Dangerous Game" and High Noon there was a different outcome Rainsford killed Zaroff and he stayed on the island, but in High Noon Kane killed the 4 men who were hunting him and after that he left town with his wife. Although both "Most Dangerous Game" and High Noon are very similar there are plenty of differences in both of them. This quote is from the camera's perspective and is showing that after Will Kane has asked the members in the church to come and help him, he was left alone and no one agreed to help him. He had to leave the church in shame since he wasn't helped when he is used to having people help him. The Most Dangerous Game is about a hunter who has to try to not be hunted and has no one to help him survive. "'Where there are pistol shots, there are men. Where there are men, there is food,' he thought" (Connell). This is showing us that Sanger Rainsford is all alone and is trying to survive. He is isolated from his peers and the only thing that he can think about is trying to get food. He had to use his skill in order to find a way to survive while being isolated.
