What are the effects on the body when consuming Monster Energy? The drink itself is harming in numerous ways. Not to mention the many deaths that have been blamed on the drink. It has many effects on the brain and many other various parts of the body. It may not just give energy, but it may cause death. Monster Energy is definitely a drink you wouldn’t want to drink on a regular basis.
Some of the main side effects include Headache, Tremor or Shaking, Chest pain, and many others include death. Around eleven deaths have been blamed for consuming the drink. Young consumers should not consume more than 2 at max within a timespan of twenty-four hours. Around 17 to 20 hospitalizations has been caused by the drink. There has been a discussion between the company and factories to lower caffeine levels by 00.2% but has never happened. The drink can be deadly and should be drank for the reason it is supposed to be drank. Some Monster products can contain up to 260 mg! Which is almost the equivalent to 14 cans of coke! Caffeine levels in the drink may even lead to early death and risk of low birth weight of babies. 400 to 500 mg of caffeine to smokers may metabolize faster and may lead to a cluster of issues later in life all because of the caffeine content in Monster Energy.
