On 11-30-2015 at approximately 1550 hours I Officer Hildebrand, Officer Kevin Engle, Sgt Joseph Harris responded to a medical call on MRL (Montana Rail Link) property. The incident occurred on MRL property near Bennett street and Park street train trestle. Officer Engle arrived on scene first along with Deputy Ryan Call. Sgt. Harris and I arrived shortly after. Once on scene I noticed a man laying on his back under the train trestle. Medic 4 arrived on scene and transported the male to Livingston Health Center. Male is later identified as Chris Willard DOB 12-19-1962. Train operator ( Pete Patterson) said he was unclear what exactly happened, but believes he may have jumped off the trestle to keep from being struck the train. Pete then
Officer Derick Wiley was first to arrive on the scene, around 7pm; when he ordered Lyndo out of his the truck, Lyndo Jones tyred voluntarily removing himself from his truck, When the officer shot Mr. Jones in the lower abdomen. After the first shot was fired and injured Lyndo Jones took off running attempting to protect himself when more police (backup) arrived to the location.
Upon my arrival, I observed EMS working on a white male later identified as Ricky Lee lying on the ground next to a tree with difficulty breathing. I also observed a rope that was hanging in the tree next to Ricky.
I arrived at the security station and met with CA Schreiner and CA Brown. They identified the male through security station records as JORDAN SCHINKER. I recognized Schniker's name based on prior police contacts.
On 03/08/2017 Deputies were dispatched to the area of 120th Ave and Oliver Road for a traffic complaint. The reporting party advised a vehicle was parked near the tracks and when a train approached three occupants got out of their vehicle and stood in the roadway. Other deputies were en route to this call when another call came out and other units were needed elsewhere. After finishing with my current assignment I responded to this call.
On August 23, 2014 Sgt. Lavelle was assigned to the 83 Precinct. She was present for duty at 0800 hours as the domestic violence Sergeant and she conducted several home visits. At 1450 hours she was post changed to the 83rd Precinct desk and she assumed the duties of the 83 desk office. Sgt. Lavelle remained as the Desk Sergeant for the entire tour. I presented Sergeant Lavelle with a copy of the command log entry for August 23, 2014 depicting the validation of two arrests at about 2040 hours when Mr. Carlton Smith
On 03/30/2015, at approximately 1530 hours, your affiant was dispatched to a medical call in the parking lot of Redner's quick stop. After completing and clearing from the call, I was made aware that both occupants in the vehicle are suspended. I proceeded behind the white Suzuki and activated my emergency lights stopping the vehicle on State Route 924 by the land fill. I spoke with the male operator who was as Robert John McManus.

On Thursday, February 17, 2017 at around 12:09 am, I, Sergeant Bever heard over the radio the Officer Etheridge was in pursuit of a vehicle in the College Park Subdivision and assisted him in the pursuit. I caught up to the pursuit when the vehicle being chased turned onto West Park Dr and headed west. The vehicle then turned right onto Ridgeway Dr, heading west, made a U-turn and turned left onto West Park Dr and headed north.
The Police Department issued this news release today: On Thursday, Jan. 9, at approximately 11:59 a.m., the Casa Grande Police Department responded to a call involving a westbound Union Pacific train colliding with a pedestrian. Officers arrived and discovered a male subject lying on the north side of the railroad tracks between Florence Street and Sacaton Street. It was immediately apparent the victim was deceased. Investigators believe the train was traveling approximately 50 miles per hour and the victim did not survive the blunt force trauma from contact with the train. On Friday morning, July 11, 2015, at about 12:15 AM, I was driving a marked squad and driving on the Wiouwash Trail. The campus area of the trail has a posted closing hour of 11 PM. I saw 2 males near the boat landing southwest of the Student Recreation and Wellness Center (SRWC) and start to walk away when I shined the squad spot light on them. I then saw 4 other individuals walking away from my position. I radioed to dispatch that I would be out with the group of 6 individuals and exited my squad.
R/Os responded to the listed location in reference to a traffic pole blocking the roadway. R/Os were able to move the pole out of the way to clear traffic. IDOC was notified of the incident. R/Os attempted to get video surveillance from Quick Trip gas station located near the interection. Employee at Quick Trip stated that he was unable to access the camera system, but that he will notify his manager and his manager will contact the Police Department. On 04-08-16 at approximately 0915 hours, I responded to the area of Los Robles Avenue at Adena Street for an Officer Involved Shooting investigation. Upon my arrival I was directed by Sergeant Burgess # 2003 to assist with the Command Post. The Command Post was located at the northeast corner of Los Robles Avenue at Jackson Street (in front of 1034 Los Robles Avenue). I filed out the Pasadena Police Department Crime Scene Log and documented personnel who entered the crime scene (see attached log).
Sgt. Nelson responded to the scene and Robert with East Central Mental Health was notified.
On Sunday, October 4, 2015 at approximately 11:09 am I, Officer McMillon # 135 of the MISD Police Department while on call was contacted by MISD Police Dispatch in regards to a power outage at Linda Jobe MS and possibly criminal mischief involving an electrical generator located on site.
