IV. PROJECT MANAGEMENT PLAN
a) Meeting and Communication Plan: How often will you meet, and by what methods? How will you communicate between meetings and distribute agenda items, follow-up items, or other required communication?
The Team will meet 2 - 3 times a week via conference calls. We will also keep in touch between calls by way of the Team B Discussion thread and through email. Agenda items will be sent through emails and posted in Doc Sharing.

The HMO’s stress wellness and preventive care, therefore its focus is more on health maintenance rather than just the treatment itself. Because of this, HMO’s offer much richer benefits than the traditional plans. HMO’s have little to no upfront costs in an effort to encourage maintenance, while comprehensive and major medical plans have up-front cost sharing so as to discourage over utilization.
Step-1: Determine the purpose of the meeting: Before a meeting takes place, the purpose of the meeting should be determined. All the participants should be informed about the purpose of meeting beforehand, so that they come prepared and can contribute more.
Having patience, self-discipline, optimistic, intelligence and confident are all good qualities a good leader should have. Leaders are encouraging to the team members and not negative toward them, that gives the players confidence so they can concentrate on what they need to improve. In addition they
They are, however, quick to see the relevance of new ideas and are frequently instrumental in introducing sound ideas from an external source, these team members should not be confused with Co-ordinators They are distinguished by a preoccupation with objectives. You would expect them to be at least normally intelligent, but not in any sense brilliant, and not outstandingly creative thinkers; it is rare for any of the good ideas to originate from them. They are much more remarkable for what used to be called "character". Their approach is disciplined, and founded on self-discipline. They often have what is called "charisma", amounting to authority. They are dominant, but in a relaxed way - they are not domineering. They have an instinctive trust in people unless there is strong evidence that someone is untrustworthy, and they are singularly free from jealousy. Mature and confident, they delegate readily. They see most clearly which member of the team is strong or weak in each area and focus people on what they do best. They are conscious of the need to use the team's combined human resources as effectively as possible. This means that they establish the roles and work boundaries of others and also the ones who see gaps and take steps to fill them. They perform better in dealing with colleagues of near or equal rank than in directing junior subordinates.
Analyze at least three factors that influence the company 's strategic, tactical, operational, and contingency planning.Format your paper consistent with APA guidelines.Support your presentation with the concepts discussed in class and in the text, and your personal experiences.Include the speaker notes to explain the key points in your presentation.Include at least two references to support your findings.
Strategic Management is the theory and practice of making decisions that shape the future of the firm. This course looks at the content and process of strategic decision making from the perspective of managers who are responsible for an entire business unit. These may be individuals who are acting in the capacity of a Chief Executive of a company, divisional General Managers, or departmental heads. It is also the perspective most

a) What information will you include in the meeting notification that you sent to team members?
(2016). p.33). There are many traits that a leader must have to be able to be successful. Three that come to mind are trustworthy or honest, motivated, and knowledgeable. Ever leader needs to be honest and have the trust of those who are following them. This is essential for any plan or idea to be carried out steadily. Also, open communication cannot happen if one does not trust their leader. Next, a leader must be motivated and have energy. If a leader is not motivated, those who are following them are also not going to be motivated either. Someone has to be able to push others to keep up the hard work to get to where they need to be. Lastly, a leader needs to be knowledgeable. At work, often when faced with something that I do not know the answer to, I go to my charge nurse who is very knowledgeable on almost all situations that may arise. If lacking any vital knowledge, staff under that leader will not have anyone to go to in times of need. This leads to the follower being lost and not knowing what the next step is in their situation. All of these traits are what I like to see in a leader in my work
While they are sometimes critical and seek perfection, at the same time they are leaders who try to work with the entire group so that the dynamics flow together rather than individually.
Public speaking used to be a daunting task that I would try to avoid as often as possible, often I would be the last to present a project and would refrain myself from having to read outloud. When I would speak my head would fill with thoughts of how other were perceiving me and how easy it would be to mess up. With this nervous mentality my speaking was stuttered and confusing.
Providing direction and exercising influence…being able to inspire others, having a clear vision, thinking creatively, having a problem-solving approach to difficulties and a commitment to partnership
My communication skills have been a great asset to both my personal and work life. It has strengthened my ability to work in harmony with co-workers and in group settings. Although I communicate quite effectively I do find myself to be more quiet in large group settings and dislike public speaking. My recent position in community nursing required me to take on multiple roles as an educator and helped me work on my public speaking skills.
For as long as I can remember, public speaking has always been one of my greatest weaknesses. Whether it’s a simple in-class presentation or a speech in front of an auditorium filled with people, I can barely get my words out from the anxiety and
know and understand what is expected of them in their job role (i.e. performance objectives and performance standards)
