Should transportation services be regulated? well, transportation services have been known to be dangerous for customers and drivers. drivers really don't know who they're picking up and customers don't know who's driving them. and there are certain regulations that fall into place to raise the safety of the transportation business. uber is unfair competition to taxis because the company does not pay taxes or licensing fees. it endangers passengers, there has been cases of assault, rape, and kidnapping.
