Did the union violate Title I, Section 101(a) of the Landrum-Griffin Act in this case? If so, what should be the appropriate remedy?

On 2/11/2016, CM met with the client for Bi-Weekly ILP Review. Client appears to be cooperative and friendly. She was alert, satisfactorily groomed, and casually dressed. She was very loquacious.

At around 10:20 a.m., Deputy LoVasco from the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Hesperia Station was flagged down by a motorist who witnessed a male passenger attacking a Victor Valley Transit bus driver.

Intervention: Ms. Smalls (MHP), Santonias and Ms. Givens (MHS) discussed Santonias complying with the rules of the home. MHP and Santonias had a discussing about his NFL football team as a way to build rapport. MHP requests feedback on possible goals from Santonias and MHS for Individual Plan of Care. MHP, Santonias and MHS discuss and process an incident that happened at the school’s gym.

On 6/30/2016, CM met with the client to complete to Bi-Weekly ILP Review. In the meeting, client was dressed appropriately for the weather. She was very loquacious and client. Client appears to have difficulty sustaining attention, client does not seem to listen when spoken to directly and she is unable to follow through on tasks. Client affect is inappropriate and she denied suicidal or homicidal ideation.

Social Services Meeting: On 03/01/2017, Ms. Hawkins and her daughter Emoni met with her assigned Case Manager for the family ILP Document Review. Ms. Hawkins’ next ILP Document Review appointment is on 03/14/2017. Ms. Hawkins is in-compliance with the terms of her ILP. Ms. Hawkins was reminded that she is expected to attend all scheduled meetings with assigned Case Manager and failed to do it would considered non-compliance and warning will be issued. Ms. Hawkins stated that she is aware. Case Manager asked Ms. Hawkins if there are any issues or concerns that she will like to discuss, Ms. Hawkins stated no.

Candidate Lofswold’s initial brief was succinct and covered the entirety of the five paragraph order and contained detailed information. On 6/30/2015, client attended to her ILP meeting with her youngest son Keury. Child was well dress for the weather. Cm observed child very anxiety and he was telling client that he wanted to go to his unit because wanted to watch cartoon.

This will be a violation of the Title VII and discrimination. Lopez Inc., company has only employed Hispanics. Unless the company has a Bona Fide Qualification that can be proved to be in the companies best interest than it is illegal. You have two possible qualified candidates that have applied to two positions and been denied. Lopez Inc. will need to prove that the reason they were denied was that they were not qualified or to prove that there is a valid reason for only hiring Hispanics.

Session 1: During this face to face session on 8/8/16, MHS addressed the following ADLs: Medication Monitoring, Community Involvement, and Functional Skills. MHS asked the client if he had taken his medication today. The client reported that he did take his medication. The client mood was cheerful and inviting. The stated he is still looking forward to working when he can. The client stated he gets bored sometimes just sitting at home. The client requested to be accompanied to the library. MHS praised the client in making progress for independent living (20 mins). MHS accompanied the client to the library to view educational videos on how to display appropriate social skills in the workplace (25 mins). MHS suggested visiting the library gives

On 1/5/2016, CM met with the client to complete Bi-Weekly ILP Review and housing plan. In the meeting client was cooperative and friendly. She was dressed appropriately for the weather.

On 12/22/2015, CM normally meets with the client every Wednesday but client walking in the social services office stating tomorrow she will not be available to meet for face to face meeting because she will be going apartment hunting. CM completed Bi-Weekly ILP Review and provided client with a list of broker name and telephone numbers. In the meeting client was dressed appropriately for weather. She appears cooperative and friendly.

Mother explained that the client studies but takes the exam fast. PP and FF asked if the school makes adjustments for the client since he has an IEP. Mother shared she doesn’t know. PP encouraged mother to talk to the teachers and make sure the client has his academics needs. Mother agreed to talk to the teachers and once CFS comes back from leave he will go to the school too. FF and PP went over family concerns, ways the wrap team can support them and mission statement. Client shared that he would like to improve his grades to participate in a school sport. PP and FF praised the client for wanting to improve his academics and want to participate in a school sport. Mother expressed her mission is to close her case and not reopen. PP praised mother for sharing and wanting to close her case and leave in the pass. Mother expressed concerns over client behavior at home and school. Mother shared that client talks back and doesn’t follow directions at home. Client shared that he doesn’t like to be the only child doing chores at home. Client shared that he gets frustrated and talks back to mother. Mother expressed that she relies on the client a lot to do chores because he is the oldest. PP

While analyzing the financial ratios of each carrier, there were no significant red flags discovered by the team.
