Reproduction: Linois are hermaphrodites, having both sets of genital organs, any Linoi can get pregnant. Their pregnancy last about 4 months and they will have one offspring at a time, twins can happen but are rare.
Hereditary influence: Moderate
Notes: Some of the features come from the parents’ genetics, specially if they will look more amphibian or reptile-like.
Environmental influence: High
Notes: The longer the Linoi spend in the water, more fish-like characteristics it presents, such as fins and gills. Living a long time in caves or too deep in the ocean could promote adaptations that resemble abyssal fish (such as "fishhook") and bioluminescence. Exposure to predators can result in development of venom glands or ability to generate electric shocks.

Language: Loi, a language consisting of generating electric fields (usually with the Linoi’s hands or feet) for speech and in tasting this electric field to hear the message. The Linois capable of connecting to electronics, can access them to learn new languages and type them in these electronics, but are unable to use their mouths to speak them.
Elements
Common: Is rare for a Linoi to not have a Water as their primary element, their secondary element can vary more, the most common being: Poison, Ice, Crystal, Magnet and Air.
Hereditary: If one of the parents have Water as affinity, it’s almost certain that the offspring will inherit this affinity. Their second affinity seems to have a higher influence of the environmental magic and their heredity can vary a lot with their family tree.
Weaknesses: Fire, Plasma and Lava - Linois are susceptible to dehydration and these elements can somehow, when used in the right way, are effective at causing it
Acid - In the same way it can have bad effects in water, it can affect the
Introduction: In this frog population, traits such as eye color, skin color, and the presence or absence of spots are coded for by DNA. The nitrogenous bases in a strand of DNA make up an organisms genotype. The physical expression of the genotype is the phenotype.
In 1788, Israel Ludlow, Matthias Denman, and Robert Patterson bought 800 acres of land from John Cleves Symmes along the Ohio River at the mouth of Licking River. John had purchased 2,000,000 acres of land from the Confederation Congress in 1787 and hoped to become rich by selling parts of the purchase to others. By early January 1789, Israel had planned out the town, dividing it into two types of lots. Israel, Matthias, and Robert provided the first 30 settlers with two free lots, one of each type. The men named the town Losantiville. The town grew slowly at first. Settlers had constructed twenty cabins and one frame house. Eleven families and two dozen single men lived on the land. Eventually it increased in size.
Two drunken white men raped a young black girl, Tonya Hailey, who was walking from a small store where she bought groceries. When the news reached her father, Carl Lee Hailey, he went to their hearing, where he shot and killed the two men, while also wounding a police officer. Carl Lee hires a white attorney, Jake Brigance, to represent him in court. Many people and organizations, such as the Ku Klux Klan, tried to sabotage Brigance’s likelihood of winning the case. With the help of a liberal law student, Brigance successfully acquitted Carl Lee Hailey for the murders of the two rapists.
Acids are a corrosive substance with a pH less than 7. Acidity is caused by a high concentration of hydrogen ions.
Clendinnen explains why the captor wore the victim’s chalk and down of his kin and why he cried for the victim. She says that the captor did this because the captive was going to die a lonely death among strangers, since he was from outside Tenochtitlan. Even though, the captor’s kin ate from the captive, the captor didn’t do so, because he said he wouldn’t eat “his own flesh” since he too would probably die on the stone and others will eat his flesh in another city. Also, she interprets that the Aztecs didn’t necessarily believe that their were killing the warrior as he was before the rituals. Instead, all the preparation that had gone into this day, from the cutting of the warrior lock to the mock heart excisions, had made him more sacred, and changed him from a warrior into a victim. Once the warrior lock of hair was cut, it was believed that the warrior made his

In the current society of the United States of America, there was an ample amount of problems. One of the problems that arose and caused multiply amounts of distress was the rise of wars and terrorists. The United States of America broke the trust of its by putting itself in worldly situations not concerning itself and its people. A more perfect society needs to be formed because of the people not being given what they deserve and what they need. Lindsey Land will be different because it will appeal to the inner needs of its citizens and give them what they truly deserve. Lindsey Land, however, does share some of the same characteristics as the United States of America, as in having its citizens be free and allowing them to voice their own opinions. In this land, it is promised for the people to prosper in its education system, and for its government to provide and help them along the way.
Sericea Lespedeza (Lespedeza cuneata), an invasive species in the United States, was originally from eastern Asia (Gucker 2010). It first made its roots in the states in 1896 after being planted by the North Carolina Agricultural Experiment Station (Ohlenbusch et al. 2007). The legume was perceived to have much use in erosion control, livestock forage, and providing wildlife cover ( ). However, in the early 2000s, it was deemed a weed and eradication programs throughout the states began to emerge ( ). A multitude of negative impacts are associated with the growth of Sericea ( ). It is unpalatable, which results in livestock overgrazing other plants, leading to decreased biodiversity and competition (
Langston City was officially established on the one year anniversary of Oklahoma Statehood April 22, 1980. The founder whom was African American Edwin P. McCabe, the city of Langston had 25 retail businesses and a population of 600 people by 1892. Langston University was founded in 1897 known as the Oklahoma Agricultural and Normal University.
Should personal vengeance be accepted in society? If personal vengeance did not interfere with the order of “polite” society, then the answer would be yes in my view. One of my criteria for proper justice is orderly conduct. In the context of the movie, personal vengeance leads to discord. The character of Carl Lee Hailey, a distraught black father whose daughter has been beaten, raped, and left for dead by two white men, takes vengeance into his own hands and kills the two men. This occurs early in the move and events snowball after that. The brother of one of the two murdered men decides to bring back the Ku Klux Klan to enact vengeance upon Carl Lee and anyone who supports Mr. Hailey. The acts of the KKK enrage many citizens of the town. Two groups are pitted against each other at the courthouse as hearings take place. One group sides with Carl Lee and is composed mainly of blacks. The other group wants Carl Lee punished and
Lava is clearly melted rock, crystals, volcanic glass, and bubbles. Chemically lava is made of the elements silicon, oxygen, aluminum, iron, magnesium, calcium, sodium, potassium, phosphorus, and titanium.
Offspring differ somewhat from their parents and from one another. Instructions for development are passed from parents to offspring in thousands of discrete genes, each of which is now known to be a segment of a molecule of DNA. This essay will explore some of the reasons behind how and why these differences in appearance arise, from the base sequence of DNA through to the observed phenotype.
RATIONALE: The purpose of the lesson is to have students observe and describe how young animals resemble their parents. This lesson will give students the foundation knowledge they need to understand the similarities in physical appearance of young animals and their parents. It will also allow for them to understand differences in different species, through the physical appearances.. The knowledge can be applied to genetics and how young animals are similar and different to their parents in future grades.
The element on the periodic table with an atomic number of 3 is an alkali metal. It is a very reactive element and is used in a large number of ways including but not limited too a popular Nirvana song. It is believed to have been created in the first minutes of the universe by the big bang. This element, along with other alakali metals such as sodium and potassium, react drastically with water. Lithium is the least reactive of them. (bbc.co.uk). Being so reactive to water requires it to be stored in mineral oil otherwise it would react to the water vapor in the air. This is a soft metal, that has a 0.6 on the Mohs scale (Chemical Elements: From Carbon to Krypton. 2006.)
