I have always felt like an outsider. I wish I would have not cared earlier on about what people thought about me it would help deal with everything I went through .A thing to consider is that if I didn’t get bullied I wouldn’t be this confident person I am today. I have never really been asked ,” Who am I” . Honestly I don’t know who I am . I think not knowing who I am is okay because I am young and I have time to find out who I am. I am in high school this is where people get a taste of who they are. I don’t think anyone knows who they truly are because of social media, stereotyping and how this generation portray people now. Also because this generation is not comfortable with themselves they always want to be someone else …show more content…
ANother personal challenge I am faced with is being nosy , I am bad at knowing where to draw the line sometimes. Lastly another personal challenge I am faced with is being shy , I am kind of non -sociable sometimes. I am faced with a lot of personal challenges but I am learning to not have any . In addition to my personal challenges my personal strengths interfer. A personal strength I have is talking , I love sharing my opinion. Another personal strength I have is giving good advice because I love helping people solve their problem or help make their lives easier. Lastly another personal strength I have is just listening because I am a good person to vent to because I don’t judge. Therefore I always spread positivity and lean a hand. I can conclude that even though I have some of my life planned out that things will change. Like I said earlier I am only in highschool , I don’t have to know who i am yet or what I am going to be. These are just questions I don’t have the answers to yet and I might not get them for a long time . Therefore I can say whatever I want right now about my goals and personal strengths and challenges but most of it will
When it comes to my strengths and weaknesses, I have only noticed a few. I sure as time goes on and I have worked in the field and have more experiences under my belt I will notice more. One of my strengths has been apparent to me for quite some time and that my compassion and eagerness to help. I believe I am a very compassionate person who has a genuine interest in helping people and I am also very intuitive and perceptive. I have a knack for helping people come to realizations in such a way that they believe they figured it out all on their own and have a way of motivating people to do things. One of my major challenges is that I can become emotionally invested in people I try to help. I have to
I think that one of my best strengths is that I can get along with people. Going to a large high school has led me to become the mediator in a number of situations and I learned how to make people feel better and prevent future conflicts. This is a very important skill to have in the community due to the fact that most of my life is in the presence of other
My biggest strength is my adaptability. I always try to have an open mind when I meet others who have different views than me. I see the option for learning in my failures, and always keep in mind my end goal when things don’t always go as planned. My biggest weakness is that I always like to be in control. I like to have a plan, and stick to it. I will overcome this weakness by trusting others to take lead, and stop worrying about things I have no control over.
My personal strengths are that I am a keen learner and organized person because like Benjamin Franklin I believe that if I fail to plan then I am planning to fail. Above all I am confident that I have made the right choice and that I am a suitable candidate for
Under the category of Relationship building Individualization and Relator were my strongest strengths. Both similar in relating to others, having the ability to see and understand others uniqueness, knowing what they are about and what motivate others. As an individualist I can sense other’s needs, what motivates them and what is unique about them often, quicker and easier than someone that scores lower in this area.
Another skill that was a strength for me was handling my responsibilities. I answered this skill as being able to perform this extremely well. I responded this way because one of my positive attributes is that I am very accountable for everything that I have to handle in life. I feel that I fulfill my responsibilities as a student, daughter, athlete, employee, and godparent to the best of my ability, while taking into consideration that I have to balance
As humans, and particularly individuals, we all have personal strengths that we bring to our interactions with others as well as areas that perhaps need some more time and attention in order to improve upon them. In this journal, I’ll be focusing on four areas of strength I believe I have, as well as four areas the require further growth and personal change.
My strengths that are not listed on the list that I possess are my faith, resilience to overcome adversity, and my self-determination to succeed.
I think my most important strength is that I am able to express myself though words. I am able to easily write and desenvolve when it comes to writing. Challenges in writing for me might be punctuation, grammar. I really thank God for technology and for all this programs that help you when it comes to review your work.
One of my strengths is that if I enjoy a class I learn and focus a great deal better. If I can find something I like about each class I will most likely learn better. I can also organize when I choose to. Organization will help me keep things in order and keep my things from being lost. Another strength is being good at relaxation. Most people wouldn’t think of relaxation as a strength but I think it is. I can use relaxation to keep myself from getting overly stressed. When I get super stressed it’s almost as if my brain shuts down. In addition to my strengths, I have some weaknesses.
My strengths are that I am self-motivated, quick learner from seeing the objects, helping others and hard working. While my weakness is the fear of failing, but I'm taking it as learning and improve towards the mistake. I put so much pressure on myself to become a beautiful diamond; I am still on the journey on figuring out my purpose in life and using it to glorify his name, leading me to place enormous weight and expectation onto myself.
My biggest personal strength, is that not having had the easiest childhood has made me extremely resilient, no matter how hard life has gotten I’ve always been able to keep going on. I know that I’m going to see a lot of problems on the job, and I know that I’ll have to be resilient to be able to handle them. I feel that being resilient is my best personal strength. My qualities include being compassionate, open-minded, empathetic, good at listening and remembering what people tell me. I feel compassion for all types of people who are going through tough times, when I see other people hurting I feel empathy for them.
On the other hand, very many of my strengths include, being up for challenges and working well with others. I am very strong, social, kind hearted and I’m a great leader.
Three strengths that I feel I have is experience, being able to understand people, endless patience and being open minded. I say experience is my strength based on what I explained beforehand that no matter the obstacles that one faces and the challenges that life throws at you one must always get back up and fight for what you want. An example is that when I was 18 years old I had major back surgery because my spine was curved which caused me to lean over to the right all the time I
I feel that my great strengths are inclusive of my personality type and that I am empathic. I am an extrovert by nature. I love to talk to people. I feel that people enjoy speaking with me. Often times, I can ask a stranger, “How’s it going?” and that person will share their life story. I think that this ability to relate to others, will assist me with client relationships. I think that my greatest strength is the ability to be empathetic, but not become emotionally involved. This is not to say that I will not be emotionally invested; I would not let my emotions get in the way of what is best for the client.
