Travis stared at the chaotic scene surrounding him. It was mayhem in the cafeteria of the prison, mayhem that he couldn’t control. Prisoners were fighting prison guards, fighting other prisoners, smashing the walls, spreading unknown fluids on the walls, and doing other unspeakable things that he couldn’t process in his chaotic brain. I never meant for it to be like this, I just wanted to be with my daughter, he thought.
He turns around to get a look of the area he had inadvertently placed himself in and is met with the sickening sight of a prison. As far back as he can see and stretching just as high there are cells brimming with prisoners. The ones he can see are blooded, bruised, and obviously emaciated. Many look like they had to have been here since before all of this began, look as if
He grabs one of Raya’s favorite handkerchiefs, a red bandana. Richard grabs it in his fist before crushing it to his chest. He turns and walks to his bed and sets down the bandana, as if it is as fragile as a newborn baby. He then straightens his back and sets his chin, before spinning on his heel and walking, with his head high, back into his closet. He walks to the spot he knew Raya knew nothing about. The place where he kept the thing she told him to not keep. He reached up to the shelf and pulled a box down. He walked with the box back to his bed, setting it down near the bandana.

Now the Straw Hat crew were imprisoned in a basement of a Celestial Dragon. “Dammit!’’, shouted Sanji angrily kicking a nearby empty crate. The sudden startled the other prisoners, but they quickly settled down.

The creation of the International Criminal Court (ICC) intended to ensure the pursuit of criminal accountability of mass human rights violations did not go as smoothly as was hoped. Overtime, sensitive questions emerged on the impact of ICC prosecutions on ongoing or recently ended conflicts. Particularly, with regards to the possibility of the ICC impeding the progress of domestic initiatives seeking to deal with the aftermath of a conflict through peace and reconciliation processes. In such instances, should the Prosecutor only consider the facts of the case, or should she also take into account broader considerations, such as the impact of her actions? The Rome Statute left these uncertainties on the relationship between the ICC and local peace and reconciliation initiatives unaddressed. In drafting

The first and most important element is “Offer and acceptance” where one party has elected to offer the other party in exchange for a good, service or something else of value and the offeree accepts the terms given to them. In this case both parties accept the offer arranged of $750,000 for all development, production and promotional costs on 5 October 2015. Crane Entertainment also stipulates that the game will need to be completed by 22 February 2016. The second component is “an intention between the parties to create binding relations”. This refers to whether the court assumes that both of the parties agree to be enforceable at law. In this situation there is an intention to create these binding relations since Gabe accepts the terms covered in the contract. The third section is “consideration to be paid for the promise made” which denotes that the offeree is intended to receive cash, good or service in exchange with what the contract states. Gabe, in this case, is expected to be paid the $750,000 for the promise made of custom-made action games to install in each of their arcades. The fourth element is “genuine consent of the parties” where each party understands and voluntarily consents to the terms of the contract. The common law calls this
