Since the 15th century the males in his family would serve the king. Laurent father was an attorney and was also a mayor of La Balme from 1780 to 1814. On January 30, 27 year old Alexandre Bissonnette opened fire on a Quebec city Islamic Cultural Center, killing six attendants of the service. He was initially described a “lone wolf”, angering many more semantically minded people, claiming the act was one of terrorism. Bissonnette is described as a far-right nationalist, who called for more strict muslim restrictions and vetting. This one of the many act of violence relating to muslims in Canada, the last being a 2014 shooting of a Canadian soldier by Michael Zehaf-Bibeau. In 2015, a mosque in Ontario was set on fire following the infamous Paris Terrorist attack. There have been, in fact, four mass shootings in Canada since 2014.

Toussaint L’ouverture was a slave, who was born and raised on a plantation. As a child, he was thought how to read and right. In 1770, Toussaint was a free man, but during that time, many people in Haiti were enslaved and weren’t granted equality. Toussaint and his good associate, Jean Jacque Dessalines wanted everyone to be free and treated equally. During this time, many slaves were treated brutally and it was a struggle for the slaves in the French’s colony. In 1799, Whites in Haiti had more power over the colony, but since it was a mixed raced colony, the Blacks hoped for an essential change in the colony. HIs parents were Antonio Nadal Serra, and Margarita Rosa Ferrer. He spoke the Majorcan dialect of Catalan, and acquired Castilian Spanish as his second language. He helped his parents work the fields, but especially liked to go to the Franciscan friary at the church of San Bernardino.

She had always dreamed of becoming a doctor and took honors and AP classes to make sure she could achieve that dream. When reading a novel I often get engaged by the amount of detail the author includes. I find myself most interested when I can picture myself in the character's shoes and feel like i'm in the novel myself. This kind of feeling is caused by imagery. Imagery is defined as the use of vivid figurative language to represent objects, actions or ideas. Authors tend to use imagery to create a “mental image” in the audience's head. This is often done with the use of your senses. Incorporating details about touch,taste, or smell often gives the audience a specific idea of what the author is trying to portray. Once the Cas enzyme is selected (in this case Cas9), the gRNA and healing fragment built, these elements will be cloned into the basal viral vector to produce the HPV CRISPR-CAS9 mediated repair plasmid (HCCMRP).
