Client Name: Justin Silva Justin showed up the visit on time and immediately the children demeanor changed. All three of the children started to run, and be destructive to SOGI House property. EV Staff had to help Justin manage the children the whole visit. The children would stomp on a puzzle box, and break it. SOGI Staff would address it, but Justin did not seem to see a concern. Near the end of the visit Justin decided that giving each of the children a debit card from his wallet would solve the problem of the children's behavior. EV Staff advised Justin that by giving the children his debit card something children should not have is not going to help his children's behavior. EV Staff checked in with Justin about being more consistent,

The reporter said Justin assaulted Teagan as well; she was having bladder problems, and her mother (Michelle) didn’t take her to the doctor, but she looked at her and said “it looked like pink cauliflower coming out of her vagina and she had been bleeding”. In the report, it stated that Chad found out he attempted to do the same thing to Leslie (8 years old) when she was 2 years old. The reporter said the family resided in Alabama, and Justin’s mother walked into the room and found Justin trying to put his penis in Leslie’s vagina. Heather indicated that she didn’t call the police because she didn’t want him to be charged with a crime. Heather told Justin if he did it again, she would report him to the police, and he would be taken to the Juvenile Detention Center. The reporter was concerned because Justin is now living at the same address as Leslie. The reporter said Heather gave temporary guardianship of Leslie to Supreina Holcomb (July 2012), but the she removed guardianship when she placed the child in the Mobile School District (Gilliard Elementary/March 22, 2013). In my personal opinion all the evidence points to Jose Antonio Ramos as the perpetrator in the disappearance of Etan Patz. Ramos was the former boyfriend of the women who took Etan to school and back during the bus strike (Berman, T., & Sher, L., 2010). Ramos was also arrested multiple times for molesting children, and police even found pictures of Ramos with boys who resembled Etan Patz in a Bronx pipeline where Ramos was living in the 1980’s (Berman, T., & Sher, L., 2010). In 1991 Ramos told a prison inmate of his named Jon Morgan, which was working for Stuart R. GraBois and FBI agent Mary Galligan that Ramos had told him that he knew what had occurred to Etan Patz, and that Ramos had drawn a map of the school bus route and knew, which

As Empire has been a trending show for the last year, it portrays a broken family that is hanging on by a thread. A mother, and father who is no longer married, and with three grown children who is all in the music industry. One child in particular, Andre Lyon, suffers from Bipolar Disorder. He came to accept the diagnosis after he was institutionalized for having a mental breakdown and trying to kill himself. Andre is seen as the smart and very religious, but yet still has this disability. However, in light of the bipolar disorder, he shows that if you stay on track with medication along with proper care it can be handled. Therefore, I believe this shows Andre in a positive light because he is still able to function in a modern day society.
Approach them with a calm nature but with authority. Ask each child to explain what happened. To let them know that you are treating each one fairly by giving both of them a chance to explain what happened.
