Minority report:
John Anderson: the main guy. He’s suppose to have a successor: Ed witwer.
Ed Witwer is suppose to be Anderson’s assistant and later his successor. Together they have a precrime system
The precrime system was that prior to a crime happening, the police get a report about the suspects and they are arrested.
There has been one murder since this system has started.
This shows that there is always a flaw in every man made system.
It might be little or big flaw there’s always a flaw.
Not everyone is guilty: some are arrested with mistake.
From the state’s perspective they are guilty, but none of them feel that they are guilty. This is the moral dilemma.
Anderson wants to kill Witwer to stop him from taking his place in the future. He

John was falsely accused so if he’s not sent to the detention camp, the system is wrong. If he is sent then he’s going to do time for something he didn’t do. Moral dilemma.
The alias?? Have the ability to change your identity? John changes to Ernest Temple, an electrician.
Precrime: relies on 3 precogs and 2 corresponding reports( discarding 1 minority report). This is really confusing.
So there are three reports. 2 majority and 1 minority. Because two can not agree on a false accusation, the precrime system has to be correct.
Characters: Kaplan, Witwer, Lisa, Anderton, Page
Anderton: he starts out being the main guy in precrime. He is the one who is in charge and will be replaced by Witwer. He is accused of potential killing by the precrime system. He thinks he's being framed. Turns out he wasn’t and that he would kill Kaplan to protect the precrime system.
Witwer: He is innocent he takes over the precrime and is doing what he’s supposed to do
Kaplan: He is the antagonist. He wants to take down the Precrime system by proving that it doesn’t work perfectly and that the future can’t surly be
From approximately 8:15 to 8:30 a murder occurred at the Ellis household and Paul Dudden is the victim. Paul was ruthlessly murdered with a knife. He abruptly left dinner and walked right out the front door. After reviewing all the evidence it is clear that Miss Pettigrew committed the act.

As a result of the altercation 2 men identified as Alphonso Johnson Sr, and Alphonso Johnson, Jr. were stabbed and taken to Atlantic Care Trauma Center in Atlantic City. Under the management of Wes Anderson, Daniel the assistant coach, allowed a few players to test a product out on a child in way it would be considered not intended use for. We want to know if Wes is negligent in any way based off of the elements of negligence.
As the prosecutor, Petrocelli shows the jury that a man is dead because of Steve Harmon and James King. Petrocelli wants to put both King and Steve behind bars, and to do so, she shows the jury that Steve was a part of the plan. Petrocelli already thinks Steve and King are guilty and that they participated in the act of the robbery. When Petrocelli bring up her first arguments to prove Steve guilty, she says, “But there is no doubt in my mind, and I believe by the end of the trial there will be little doubt in yours, that these 2 men, James King and Steven Harmon, were all part of the robbery that caused the death of Alguinaldo Nesbitt” (25). There isn’t clear evidence Steve committed the crime; Petrocelli wants the jury to know that he volunteered to commit theses acts.
“The only two people that know I am innocent, is myself and the killer.” Imagine being blamed for a crime you did not commit, and nobody would believe you no matter what you said. Steven Truscott had forty-two years of his life taken from him for being charged with a crime he did not commit. He was charged at only the age of fourteen for murdering and raping twelve year old Lynne Harper. He then became the youngest death-row inmate after one of the most famous trials in the history of Canada. Steven Truscott should never have been convicted for the murder and rape of Lynne Harper due to the fact the forensic evidence was questionable the

Marvin Anderson is a man who was falsely accused of abduction, rape, robbery, and sodomy. This is his story. On July 17, 1982, a young woman was raped by a black man whom she said was a total stranger. After she reported the crime, a police officer singled out Anderson as a suspect because the perpetrator had told the victim that he “had a white girl,” and Anderson was the only black man the officer knew who lived with a white woman. Because Anderson had no criminal record, the officer went to Anderson’s employer and obtained a color employment photo identification card. The victim was shown the color identification card, along with six black-and-white mug shots, and identified Anderson as her assailant. Within an
There are many ways to decide what makes a man guilty. In an ethical sense, there is more to guilt than just committing the crime. In Charles Brockden Browns’ Wieland, the reader is presented with a moral dilemma: is Theodore Wieland guilty of murdering his wife and children, even though he claims that the command came from God, or is Carwin guilty because of his history of using persuasive voices, even though his role in the Wieland family’s murder is questionable? To answer these questions, one must consider what determines guilt, such as responsibility, motives, consequences, and the act itself. No matter which view is taken on what determines a man’s guilt, it can be concluded that
I believe that it´s the same offender in the Parkinson case and the Johnson case, which is making the offender a serial killer because he has killed 3 people and it has been over a period over 30 days. By looking at different serial killer typologies my firm belief is that this offender will fall into the lust serial killer typology. I concluded this by firstly looking if the crimes were act-focused kills or process kills, I concluded it was process kills because the offender had taken the time to abduct both Parkinson and Johnson and didn 't just kill them right away like an act-focused killer would do. With the offender being a process killer he could only be organized as well because process killers cannot be disorganized. The offender would either be a lust killer, power-control killer or a thrill killer. I concluded that the offender in this case would not be a thrill serial killer, since this kind of murderer gets off my seeing his victims suffering, which is the most important factor for this type of offender. In the Parkinson and Johnson murders there were no signs of torture on the victims bodies and therefore I do not believe that this offender would be a thrill serial killer.
He is not guilty because he helped them and they made him mad when he was small. They talked about him and he cut his hair and messed up.Then when he went to school he had a bag on his head and took it off.He had cut marks on his face. They called him names. So he left and lived on a mountain.
In colonial America, before the Revolution occurred from 1775 to 1783, criminal justice systems varied from colony to colony. After Americans gained their independence from Britain, they were able to begin experimenting with criminal justice. Before prisons were built following the Revolution, colonies used more extreme punishment measures to discipline criminals. In the Pennsylvania colony, punishment houses were built where criminals would be forced to do laborious jobs. Execution was still a
