John F. kennedy was assassinated on November 22, 1963, in Dallas, Texas. He was shot four times in by a guy named Lee Harvey Oswald.(John F. Kennedy assassination). JFK was not the only one that was shot and injured that day. Texas governor was also shot five times but he survived the shot. Before losing consciousness, Connally recalled seeing a chunk of Kennedy’s brain fall onto his trousers. (Greenspan 2013)Oswald was in an old Texas School Book Depository Building on the sixth floor, fatally wounding President Kennedy and seriously injuring Governor Connally. John F. Kennedy was a man of high standing; he was the 35th president of the United States. He was also a man of inherently good fortune, attending Ivy Prep schools and post-secondary institutions, some of which are prestigious Ivy-leagues, which include Princeton University, Stanford University, and Harvard College. Mr. Kennedy was also a well-decorated man holding medals such as the Purple Heart, World War II Victory Medal, and much more. He held office as U.S. House of Representatives from 1947 to 1953, Massachusetts U.S. Senate from 1953 to 1960, and then U.S. President from 1961 to 1963; it is quite evident that he was a man of good fate, as he has swiftly built his way up to presidency in a considerable amount of time. However, his fate began to crumble during his presidency as the Bay of Pigs coup against communist Cuba failed, which resulted in a loss of confidence and trust from the American people. Mr. Kennedy expresses his opinion on the event and the press in his Secret Societies speech, where he asks the people of the news reporting industry to work with the
Despite discrepancies such as these, for many years the American public had to be content with the Warren Commission's verdict that "Lee Harvey Oswald had been the sole assassin in the murder of John Kennedy who died as result of three shots being fired from the Texas school depository building." However since the report was published on September 24, 1964, fresh evidence keeps surfacing, as does inconsistencies on the Warren Commissions part.

Who was the actual assassin of Martin Luther King? Over time various researchers have discovered a variety of potential associations or people to put the blame on. The main being the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), The United States Army, James Earl Ray, and several other miscellaneous groups. What I have learned from the Martin Luther King conspiracy video is James Earl Ray, the man convicted of the crime was not intelligent enough to pull off this assassination. Yes, he was at the Motel across the street where the gunshots came from, and his fingerprints were on the gun but, in my opinion it just doesn't add up. Attorney William Pepper who fought to prove the innocence of James really made valid arguments
Martin Luther King Jr. was assassinated on April 4, 1968 in Memphis, Tennessee. James Earl Ray was originally the prime suspect and was brought in for a trial two months after the death. Based on the advice of his attorney, to avoid a possible death penalty Ray admitted to the murder of MLK. 3 days later he recanted his plea and said he didn't commit the murder.

Race and crime are interwoven with how justice and criminology are handled. Police have a racial bias against blacks and incarcerate them in larger numbers than any other race. Statistically, blacks have a higher arrest and incarceration rate than other races do. Due to police being taught that racial profiling is a necessary part of the job, blacks have now become a prime target for many false arrests and often serve jail time for a crime they may not have committed. The black community often expresses their distaste with the criminal justice system, and how their community is handled, but encounter opposition from a group of people who believe nothing is wrong. With justice and bias, there are many improvements that need to be made regarding how criminals are arrested and charged, especially when race is a factor.
