On 10-21-2015 at approximately 0830 hours I Officer Hildebrand and Sgt. Joseph Harris were asked to help locate an individual Richard Ring in regards to the a sexual assault that taken place on Sunday 10-18-2015. Det. Randy Schott identified Richard as a prime suspect from video surveillance of incident in question. Sgt. Harris and I went to Richard’s last known address, 204 East Clark in attempt to locate Richard. We were not able to locate Richard at that address, because he had moved. Sgt. Harris and I went to local bars to speak with bar tenders and staff to found out if they have seen him lately and might know where he is staying. The Stockman Bar had Richard on video from Sunday 10-18-2015 coming into the bar but had not seen him since.
On Tuesday, January 19, 2016 at about while present at group 31 office, I reviewed the CCRB interview of Sgt. Joseph Grimm as it pertains to the above allegation of missing property. Sgt. Grimm stated the following;
Wit-1 described the suspect as a m/w, 20/30 years old, 140-150, light brown hair, wearing a maroon sweater, and unknown color baseball hat.
On April 18, 2017 at approximately 15:00am I, Investigator James Poffel was contacted by Officer Donnie Cox in reference to a sexual assault report that he was dispatched to at 1000 S 32nd St Apartment #220. Once on the scene, Officer Cox made contact with the victim, Mylania Billings.
I arrived at the security station and met with CA Schreiner and CA Brown. They identified the male through security station records as JORDAN SCHINKER. I recognized Schniker's name based on prior police contacts.
On 11/2/2016 Sergeant M. Ballard provided the Homicide Unit with information on Robert Linton and Laquan Smith. The information provided by Sergeant M. Ballard came from Huntsville, Alabama Police Department. A robbery of a business occurred on 9/24/2016 where Linton and Smith were implicated as being the persons
In the West Boise area, a female victim was walking in the area when she was attacked. The unknown male had grabbed her from behind to assault her but ran when he heard a car approaching. Officers made contact with her at the hospital. This investigation is ongoing and officers are asking anyone with information
On August 23, 2014 Sgt. Lavelle was assigned to the 83 Precinct. She was present for duty at 0800 hours as the domestic violence Sergeant and she conducted several home visits. At 1450 hours she was post changed to the 83rd Precinct desk and she assumed the duties of the 83 desk office. Sgt. Lavelle remained as the Desk Sergeant for the entire tour. I presented Sergeant Lavelle with a copy of the command log entry for August 23, 2014 depicting the validation of two arrests at about 2040 hours when Mr. Carlton Smith

On Thursday, August 31, 2017 at approximately 2232 hours, I was dispatched to a residence across the street from 2220 University St in reference of a suspicious person inside of a black truck. Upon arrival I spoke to the complainant Ms. Delisa Smothers. Ms. Smothers stated that at approximately 2230 hours, an unknown black male went inside her neighbor's truck located across the street at 2221 University street.
On January 10, 2017, I, Officer LESSANE, with the city of Beaufort Police Department, responded to 1030 Ribaut Road #6, in the city limits of Beaufort, to conduct a follow up on a previously reported domestic (17B01907). Upon arrival, I made contact with the victim SOFIA CHAVEZ and confirmed the offender VICTOR MANUEL CRUZ-ANAYA information. While at the victim residence, I took updated photos of her injuries. She also provided me with a photo of the offender. After clearing from the victim residence, I relocated to the offender job in an attempt to make contact with him. Negative contact was made, no further actions were taken.
On December 16, 2013, LVMPD Dispatch received calls from witnesses. One witness stated it appeared woman was being kidnapped, the second witness conveyed they had seen a male and a female arguing, matching the description of the first caller. Officers were dispatched to the area and made contact with the witnesses. The first witnesses stated the female was only wearing a bra and a male, later identified as Evans Tutt, the defendant was physically putting the female into the car. The second witness stated the female was “jumping” out of the vehicle and was bleeding from the face. One of the witnesses was able to provide the license plate number of the vehicle.

On Friday, August 12, 2016 at approximately 1000 hours, I assisted the patrol division in locating a burglary suspect that entered the residence of 1023 Barn Oak Court. The complainant/victim Nicole Smith stated to the Conyers Commutation that when she entered the front door of the residence, she heard an unidentified noise in the back bedroom. As she entered the rear bedroom the subject exited the residence through the rear window.
A man blames his wife of ruining his life Richard experiences the worst days of his life by losing his job and wife you don't appreciate the value of the thing until you lose it the most ironic element in the story is that Richard blames his love of life and college sweetheart for his bad luck Mary and Richard has been married for a long time but after Richard is bad experience with bad luck, He decides that Mary is the one who brings bad luck to him.
