In this STEM Activity I learned that by combining all of the ideas instead of using just one will make a better structure. Because, I may have had a great idea to keep it stable, but the shape of the structure that I had would never hold. So, by combining all our ideas we got a better structure. Even if it did not hold it was better than if we just used my idea.
By combining the ideas from each of the theories that best suit my classroom situation I hope to be able to create a learning environment that not only makes my students feel safe, but also inspires them to be creative and allows them to learn to their maximum potential.
Primarily I learned that when doing similar projects it is important for me to derive several designs or solutions to a problem in order to choose the best one. I think this was one of the factors that greatly attributed to the project as the group was able to choose the optimal possible design for the particular project. This is certainly a strategy to utilize in the future.
The Triple Aim has a few organizations, which have been working through the new improved health care system. These healthcare sites are known as macro-integrators using their healthcare specialist known as micro-integrators. Each clinical site has developed their mission to clear define patient population. The last seven years has allowed clinical sites to grow and learn how to effectively collaborate. .Some example of organizations, which have implemented this new Triple Aim, is CareOregon, Genesys Health Systems and QuadMed. Starting with CareOregon.
As they expend more energy, they seek more structure to maintain stability. This trend continues until the system splits, combines with another complex system or falls apart entirely. Sound familiar? This trend is what many see as the trend in life, in organizations and the world in general.
The idea of creating a classroom culture that nurtures literacy inspiration by incorporating choice, collaboration, and importance into literacy tasks is one I use daily. This best practice mentioned incorporates ways that educators boost learners in their literacy by making classroom cultures that cultivate
structures because things change every day and I do not want to be one of the ones that get stuck
But better solutions can be discovered by breaking away from your comfort zone. I, being a coder, am encouraged to use creative ways to solve a given problem, as a smarter algorithm may help in making the program much faster. Lateral thinking does just this. Lateral thinking helps you explore possibilities and might even get you to the best solution.
I also learned how important it is to have a powerful team that can generate successful ideas. In the classroom, during my science and technology courses, I see opportunities for improvement in various scientific areas, such as tissue engineering, materials science, and disease prevention. I want to be part of the team that applies the engineering process to the problems of the afflicted in order to create and integrate powerful alternative solutions. (Repetitive) It is a complete travesty that in today’s modern age of technology, there are still so many health problems that affect the lives of so many everyday. I would do extensive research, create and test prototypes, most likely fail and try again, relentlessly until the solution is found. My determination and motivation to help others, no matter their race, religion, social status, gender, circumstance or personal relation to me, is what I hold above all. From this I will go to any extent to eventually create a
Though it is obvious why understanding organizations is critical to business success, nevertheless it is worthwhile to review these reasons. The structure of a firm either enhances or hinders efficiency and productivity. In other words, how information flows and to whom, whether and how many parts of the work process is redundant, how clear and precise is the reporting structure, if and how new ideas and products are promoted - these and many more issues are obvious consequences of structure and profoundly affect the success of the business.
structure for the practitioner to follow in what might otherwise seem to be a chaotic series of events.
This is by far one of my favorite theories because it addresses all the different methods in which our children learn. I can apply a variety of strategies such as discussion, debate, artwork and drawing, graphic organizers and maps, mnemonic devices, music (e.g. parts of the cell rap song), technology, visuals, scaffolding, group study, role-playing, storytelling, field trips, and many more. Two to four of these activities can be applied in one class period; which will keep the students engaged throughout the class. It can also reduce behavioral problems.
Hypothesis must be connected in all domains and fields for successful run-through. Learning speculations, be it in construction, behavior or functionalisms improve procedure and give direction. Despite the fact that the hypotheses may not be uniformly connected across the fields, the speculations are relevant and improve learning in the long run. From the teacher 's point of view or teaching architect, this implies some extremely watchful thought of exactly what finishes or results are craved. Hypothesis sets an arrangement and also a way to achieve the objective and end. Gagne 's nine stage model specifically sets a reasonable way for fruitful direction. Without hypothesis, guideline goes to pieces and is at last deficient. Hypothesis gives association and experimental support.
In the seventh grade, I faced a challenge dreaded by many: designing a science fair project. I researched some ideas, and found myself drawn to working with medication. I came up with a simple experiment; it compared the dissolution rates of generic and brand name drugs. Before the experiment, I knew virtually nothing about drugs, but as I did more research, I was intrigued. I discovered that people debated the effectiveness of brand name versus generic drugs. It made no sense to me. How could two drugs with the same active ingredients work differently? I was genuinely curious as to what my results would be. What began as a tedious requirement soon became a captivating task. Because I was interested in my topic, I truly enjoyed designing
