Hello everyone and thank you all for joining us today on this wonderful evening. I would like to first and foremost thank my family for coming tonight because they’re the most important to me and I’m glad that they could make it and I would also like to thank God for allowing me this opportunity. Tonight marks a night of achievement for all of the recipients of the Multilingual Seal of Proficiency and I want to congratulate everyone on receiving it because I know that it was very difficult procrastinating it all and then doing it the week it’s due. To have received this honor, in my eyes, is a display of perseverance and character. We all tried our best to prove ourselves and we did. The Seal is a representation of mastering another language,

Ladies, Gentlemen good morning to you all. I am here today to speak to you on behalf of tennis Australia and in essence the rest of the globe in terms of Tennis. My question to you is, why are women denied the chance to perform and exhibit there elite talents their ultimate mettle in 5 sets of tennis like the men’s game. Why fans are denied the pleasure of seeing this is to be questioned? Why aren’t women able to play 5 sets?
Attached is our rough draft. I want to thank you for the extension you gave us, but I suggested that our group turn it in today, so we can spend tomorrow working with Becky on our presentation.
I’d like to clarify the reasoning behind the question I asked you yesterday. I knew you misinterpreted what I was asking you when you responded. I didn’t want to interrupt you while you were conducting team check-ins. This morning it dawned on me that, if I didn’t clear this up, I may leave you with the wrong impression.
With the hectic life that each of us lives, it’s no wonder that many families have put aside the importance of making time for family. It’s far too easy to get caught up in life and neglect the ones we love the most. Think about why you created the family in the first place, you wanted to have a happy little home with the sounds of children’s laughter surrounding you. Both you and your spouse desired to create an actual family, maybe one that you didn’t have when you were growing up.
I am Kimi, Jenny's mother. I am aware that we were supposed to notify you if we can't participate in the honor band before winter break. However, I just learned that on the evening of February 4th, our family will be having a very important meeting. Therefore, Jenny can't participate in the event. I am very sorry for the late notice and inconvenience. Thank you very much for your nomination and consideration.

Legacy: I would like to thank all of my family, friends, teachers, and coaches who have supported me throughout high school. I would like to Kip and Julie Johnson, my parents. Thank you for everything that you have done for me. No matter how hard I was on you guys, you never gave up on me. You always knew that I could do better and constantly encouraged me to do so. I would also like to say a special thanks to my girlfriend Bekka. You have always been there for me since the 9th grade when we started dating. You always helped me with any of my work that I had sturggled with. I appreciate you always telling me that I could do better, even though I was lazy. Thank you for always supporting me, love. I would next like to thank all my friends: Tyler, Hugo, Ed, Casey, Tristan, James,
Believe me my friend writing a maid of honor speech is the easiest thing in the world if you just put in the work. You are going to have to put in a lot of focused energy if you want actually write a wedding speech that people are going to love on the big day. But this is exactly why you must never fear anything because if you apply the following principles then you will get truly exceptional results.
Hi everyone! I’m Emma Keaschall, Kala’s sister and I just want to say thank you to everyone for coming out today! It’s such a pleasure to be able to celebrate this special day with all of Kala and Doug’s friends and family.
Salam alaikum and good evening, everyone. I would like to thank Brother Naeem Baig and the ICNA National Committee for a phenomenal job organizing this year’s convention honoring the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) and for inviting me to speak tonight. I would also like to thank my colleagues at the Arab American Association of New York for their hard work and dedication, which allows me the opportunity to be in attendance at this indispensable conference. I am extremely honored to be here with all of you. It means a lot to me to be back in Baltimore. As some of you may know, last April I participated in the March2Justice, walking on foot with Justice League NYC and friends from across the country from New York City to Washington, D.C. to deliver a "Justice Package" of criminal justice reform legislation that will end racial profiling, demilitarize our police forces, and invest in our communities. Along the way, my fellow marchers and I stopped in this great, and at that time, troubled city and attended Sunday services at the Empowerment Temple and joined Freddie Gray protests at the Western District police station. Those were unforgettable and moving experiences that I will carry with me, always.
It’s my turn to close tonight. It’s a Monday night, so no one is here but one man. I usually don’t close, but I’ve been trying to get all the overtime I can get. I begged my boss for weeks to give me some more hours and he finally gave in. I mean I can understand why he had a hard time deciding because I’m not the most experienced bartender here. I would spend time trying to learn more drinks to make, but I have so much homework to do it takes up most of my time. I thought high school was hard, but college is even harder. In high school, I worked at Friendly’s but still managed to have some extra time. I guess now that I have to support myself financially and attend school, it been a little hard on me. Luckily, I have a scholarship and this
Hello class of 2017. I can’t decide if I feel sad or happy about giving this speech. I guess I feel sort of both but I also feel confident, as each and every one of you should feel the same. Being proud is a feeling that is impossible to hide. If you are proud of yourself, or anyone else, you let other people know. That's why I must now say that I’m extremely proud of all of you for achieving this goal for which is nonetheless mentally exhausting, full of error, but also yet amazing all at the same time. While I honor each and every single one of you with my greatest respects and wishes towards the future, I want everyone to feel the same way I do because this is a very special moment for all of us. This moment will never happen again for any of us. To all of us, our birthday is a special moment and feeling, but that moment and feeling comes many more times than once. This moment which will eventually lead to, if it hasn’t already, a mixture of feelings, is going to lead to feelings you will never feel again.
Transition to first main point: Firstly, I will be talking about the structure of the speech. 7G
