When I was younger, me and my friends were always adventuring and exploring the world around us. One of my friends in particular, Joseph, was always getting into trouble. You would have thought he did not have a brain, but it was always fun to explore with him. One day, we were goofing off in the backyard. As we were laughing and jumping around, Joseph tripped. I laughed at first but soon discovered that he had tripped in a small hole, about as big around as a basketball. Being the adventurers that we were, we decided to investigate the hole. Joseph reached in the hole, but almost as soon as he put his hand in, I heard him screaming. As I looked up, I saw him fling something off of his hand. That object that flew off his hand happened to be a light brown, baby bunny rabbit. Joseph threw the rabbit because it had bit him and for this reason, we named it Nibbles. When we first saw Nibbles after he had been thrown, we thought he was dead, but it turns out he was still alive. He was moving but slowly. Joseph and I felt terrible so we decided we would try to build Nibbles …show more content…
We used lava rocks and decorative bricks. We then constructed the house. It was not the neatest house, but we thought it was a five star resort for a rabbit. We were very proud of our creation and we hoped Nibbles would be too, but it turns out, Nibbles had no interest in the magnificent creation. We tried everything to get Nibbles to go inside of the house. We put lettuce and carrots in the entrance but Nibbles still did not come close to the house. We tried taking Nibbles to the house, but still no luck. We began to think Nibbles did not appreciate us. It was later confirmed that Nibbles could not have cared less about what we were doing. Nibbles ran away after only two days and we never saw the rabbit again. In the end, we learned that not everyone or everything will always appreciate what you do, but it is worth it for the lessons you
to the horror (and delight) of ten thousand Messina faithful, Rabbit flung his bony and brittle body into the arena, and somewhere around the thirty-five-yard line, he collided with Lighting. The collision, while nearly fatal for Rabbit, who at the time was at least forty years old, had little
One day she was bored put of her mind and decided that it would be a good day to do some skating. She grabbed her skates and found the nearest street or sidewalk. She was having the best time, even by herself, she loved the feelingof the wind as she skated down the streets and past the nieghbours. She had been at this for about an hour before she got the bright idea to see how fast she could go downhill. She took her skates off and began the walk up the hill. About five minutes later she arrived at the top of the hill and took a seat at the very peak. After lacing up her skates she let her body begin to go down the hill. Faster and faster she went until suddenly her right skate got snagged on a small pebble. She began tumbling down the remainder of the hill until she harshly landed on her left arm. This is how she ended up in the emergency room with a broken
He opened his sack and as he grabbed a potato he saw a outline of a person, as the mysterious figure came closer, he ran, scampering. The figure moved quick as a mouse, and as he ran, his face appeared, and just as suddenly black hair covered his face, as if a mask was concealing his
Over rocks and stumps and roots he ran. Black was all he could see in the dark. All he prayed was that he put his foot down in the right spot and keep running and live. God, it seems, was busy that night. Charles put his foot down on a tree root and his ankle bent. The left side of his foot made a sharp click. Charles fell down and clutched his broken ankle. He didn’t scream, he just grunted a little when he fell
We started to walk on the lawn to knock on the door. Then out of nowhere a skeleton popped out of the ground. It grabs Justin’s leg real tight. Me and Jesus tried to get him out of the grip of the cold, dark skeleton. It was no use because the skeleton was far stronger. He pulled Justin into the ground never to be seen again. We decided to
Many children misunderstood Joseph as he is an aggressive boy because who he is, tall and large for his age, moves around really fast, makes a mess, plays rough. However, he just cannot help himself to slowdown: he needed to understand the others' perception of what he does.
My foot struck an object and I kicked it, sending it skidding. I could feel it give way a little to the force of my foot. After that, I shuffled my feet in an effort not to trip on anything else I might find. Danger was in the farthest corner, whimpering. I found him, traced my way towards the handle of his harness, and guided us out of the house.
There once was an old man named Chase Groome. He lived in a house in the middle of a swamp, he was also extremely bald. Lying in bed one day, Chase was thinking about moving, while he was looking at his paintings. Chase suddenly heard a humongous noise and sat up feeling very terrified! Once Chase had put on his bunny slippers and went down stairs and saw a human shaped bump, which was very large. As Chase stared at the bump he thought, because Chase has a brain. Staring at the bump Chase had an idea. Chase’s idea was terrible.
She built the whole house from scrap material. It took about a week to finish, but it was pretty nice when she got done. And Piccolo seemed to love it—a place
Bennett dropped dead right at his friends’ feet. As Jimmy examined Bennett he noticed there was spider webs wrapped all around his legs and hands. Right when Jimmy noticed this he rushed upstairs running the opposite way his friends were running. Jimmy didn’t realize he lost his friends and shouted their names many times. Just as things were getting quite there were loud screams and shouts on the bottom floor.
Joseph rushed back home to take me in a wagon and drag it all the way to a high mountain. I saw Jesus going to the top of a high mountain with a heavy wooden cross on his shoulder. The crowd surrounding him was loud. Some were shedding tears and sorrowful, and some would laugh
one day he found this whole. This wasn't just an ordinary hole, it looked almost bottomless.
Joseph then found himself here in jail wrongfully accused of doing something he had no intent on ever doing. He woke up in a great startle he finally had seen it, he had seen the darkness of his life, but bigger yet he had seen how positive things still had become, out of the most despicable times. He could also see how his heavenly father is a majestic, powerful heavenly father has even been with him in the darkness. He also began to see how all he had done was to the glory of God and he became reminded of how powerful his father was in those situations and how he was able to make it through on the very extravagance of his heavenly father. So he thought to himself how could this time in this cave be any different, my father's light can never be covered up, even if I am under hundreds of feet of cold damp, dark cobble stone, for God that is nothing but a thin piece of paper to shine his light through. My God is almighty and I know he has a plan for me even if it is for me to sit in this cave for
Even though Joseph knew he had done nothing wrong he still went willingly to jail and trusted God. In jail, Joseph was cellmates with a man guilty of murder and Joseph knew that this man could repent and live a good life outside of prison. Joseph taught this man about God and how God forgives all sins no matter the size of the sin. This man changed his ways of anger and hate to become a new person with God. Joseph and the man became good friends and prayed together every day.
Joseph showed a lot of discipline in his actions. As he predicted, because he showed such
