This is a very meaningful and graphic picture and the theme is how easy it can be to just destroy the world. I can see that this is Etho's From the picture because of some of these reasons. From the picture, you can see that he used a butter knife and if you were cutting something like a cake you need a tougher knife. Also, you can see that the pieces of cake are just on the plate, very messily. Another thing that i noticed was how lose his tie was like he had a rough day from work or something. Usually, when men get home, they are very tired so they loosen their tie and relax. His relaxing is him destroying the world, very easily at that. You can also see that he is married from his rings, but he’s eating alone, not with his wife or anything.
Death penalty or capital punishment is a legal procedure carried out by the government of a state which sentences a convicted person to death. Capital punishment has been a matter of controversy for various decades now. According to some people, such as the Swiss President Burkhalter (2014) death penalty is a valid act of justice whereas, Coretta Scott King opposes such practices. The main purpose of this argumentative synthesis essay is to point out the differences and similarities between the two articles, namely “The Death Penalty is a step back” by Coretta Scott King (1969) and “The Penalty of Death” by H.L.Mencken (1926), and to also the validity of the arguments provided. Both Mencken and King provide their own opinions on the issue of death penalty; whether it is an ethical practice or not.
Etowah, Tennessee has implemented an asset-based economic development strategy that has yielded incredible results. Thoroughly researched, the asset-based strategy has produced more positive results and outcomes than negative. From increased job opportunities to the economic growth of the town. However, there are two possible situations, if they occur, that could be detrimental to the town.

Zinc Iodide (ZnI2) was an interesting binary compound to experiment with. In this experiment, weakly acidified water (25mL distilled water with 18 drops 5M acetic acid solution) was used as an aid to bring molecules of the zinc and iodide atoms together, by dissolving iodine molecules, so that bonding would transpire to produce a reaction. Deprived of water, the Zn and I2 molecules would not be capable of moving close enough to each other, and a reaction would not occur. Deprived of acid, the reaction of Zn + I2 would have resulted in 2HI(aq) rather than ZnI2 (s), and it wouldn’t have appeared to follow the Law of

This picture can be compared to A lesson before dying and water for elephants because it shows a man in pain and suffer. In the picture you can see a sad soul, that seems to have a lot of physical and mental pain. In the novel A lesson before dying Jefferson, is a twenty one-year-old uneducated black field worker that was wrongfully charged with a crime and convicted of the robbery and murder of a white man, and sentenced to death by electrocution. At his trial, Jefferson's court-selected lawyer who's trying to prove someone is not guilty argues that Jefferson doesn't have the intelligence to plan a crime of taking things by force, and that, even if he had been involved in the killing, sentencing him to death would be like putting a hog in the electric chair. In spite of this so called defense,

This picture displays rulers cutting into a pie, which symbolizes China. The illustration is about the imperialist inclinations of those nations and their leaders towards China throughout that time. This is also a representation of the Chinese dynasty's failure to defend their own nation from the foreign imperialists and implies the inevitable decline of the dynasty.
I chose the Kermit photo for my Amontillado meme because in the beginning of the story the narrator goes on about how he has a great moral compass, is good natured, and only plans to do what he does because it is an absolute necessity. The narrator

My challenge was participating on an AAU basketball team last spring while trying to manage all my other activities, school work, sleep, and relationships. The team I played on was a team that took players from all over Iowa. We did a tryout the fall prior to joining the team- and I made it. There were 14 girls on my team- many of them had been playing together for many years and had been apart of this program for a long time. My younger sister and one of my best friends also played for this program- they are both a grade younger than I am, so they played on the same team while I was on an older team.
This piece is called “Irony of a negro policeman” by Jean-Michel Basquiat in 1981. This is a Neo-expressionist painting; he used acrylic and crayon to create this figurative image. It is depicting an African-American being a policeman. The figure in the painting is a black mass, with a mask-like face and hat resembling a cage. On the right of the painting are the words “Irony of Negro Policeman,” and to the bottom right of the panting is the word “Pawn,” clearly stating Basquiat’s opinion on the ridiculous position of a black Policeman. Basquiat used a lot of straight simple lines, squares and rectangles, the colors used in this image are especially primary colors, he also used words on an almost empty background to amplified the meaning of his image and the concentration of details are on the
