How Did Thomas Hobbes Influence John Locke

Thomas Hobbes and John Locke were both English Political philosophers. The two both had similar outlooks on where authority lies within a society. They both believed in a constitution where the people gave control to govern their government. Locke was more influential than Hobbes in helping shape modern politics. The influence one has made that can be done to change a government by the people was by Hobbes. Hobbes and Locke both created two different types of explanations where people are there to understand their actions, reactions, and motivations. Hobbes believes that for a man his true nature belongs in war. He believes that when two men come to a disagreement they will fight for what they are after and also keeping the other to do work
