In the beginning of time, there was a god and his four children who created the earth. For example, all five gods had a different job on their creation. His four children were gods of earth, wind, fire, and water; they created the basics of Earth. The main god, Atenis, was in charge of creating the living specimens and giving the modernistic earth purpose. Furthermore, Atenis and his children had to discover a suitable piece of land for their creation. They searched far and wide for the perfect planet to establish a world. After a year of scrutinizing throughout the galaxy, the gods rejoiced when they found land that would soon be called Earth. Before long, Atenis sent his children to construct his mental idea to a physical being. Nevertheless, the children obeyed their father and created the basis of the planet. The earth god, Derthen, was the first child to unleash his powers. He commanded mountains to form and trees to grow from nothing but small seeds. Derthen called upon different terrains to develop across the land for his father’s creations to flourish in the territory. Furthermore, the wind goddess, Athalia, had to create an object to compliment her brother’s powers. She guided wind and air throughout the countryside and said “let this …show more content…
As a matter of fact, his powers had the intention of destroying Derthen’s creation. Ethor sent his fire to Earth to consume the trees although, he had a catch to his plans. His creation could help his father’s living specimens keep warm and cook food to eat. Additionally, the water goddess, Iris, was needed to contrast Ethor’s powers. She called upon the water to occupy the earth and give the soon-to-be animals and people a place to drink. Iris called the residence the ocean and it was meant to hold life for creatures big and small. As the last two gods created the earth, their father prepared for his creation to take place in the

She created a man and a women they populated the world. The moon and the sun had yet to be created but it would soon be something that would come into creation. The land and water god and the life creating job then had a child. It was the moon and sun god.
There were water animals "Monsters" already in existence, and a women which was the "second generation of sky women to become pregnant without sexual activity". Creation of the earth was immensely different in this story; in fact it was created by mud that the woman placed on the back of the turtle, causing it to grow into a big Island that we today call Earth. After time, a good mind, Enigorio, and a bad mind, Enigonhahetgea, were created. The good mind was bothered with the darkness and he therefor created light, the sun, using the parents head which he then created an orb with. He later constructed the moon, stars, creeks, rivers, forests, fishes, man, and woman. The bad mind also took part in this creation of the earth. He constructed high mountains, waterfalls, great steeps, and various reptiles which would negatively impact mankind. The bad mind and good mind tried to out power each other with the creations of earth. The bad mind creating what could hurt mankind, and the good mind creating what could comfort
The religions of the Greek, Ute, and Hawaiian cultures strive to attribute Gods for the forces of the natural world around them, bridging the gap between their understanding of their world and the effect on them. For instance, the Ute Great Spirit Manitou infused life into the world, and all things in it, thus populating the world of the Ute. There were mountains, trees, deer and of course the bear to rule them all. Also, Hawaiians believe that Kumulipo the male, and Po’ele the female, born from darkness and in turn gave birth to many more Gods like Kane-i-ka-wai-ola diminishing darkness, Pohaha night coming into dawn. The Greek Goddess Eurynome laid the great egg that hatched the world with all of its creatures and plants. These myths
The Enuma Elish explains this creation by using numerous gods to create earth, for example: Apsu and Tiamat are the water that helps flood the landmass that is later created into earth. Lahmu and Lahumu are the silt that later is turned into the actual earth and dirt that individuals walk on. So the story uses the forces of nature and considers them as gods whereas many people just see rivers and ocean as just water and nothing else.
Thousands of years ago there was no land, sun, moon, or stars, and the world was only a great sea of water, and above it stretched the sky. The water was the kingdom of the goddess Agua, and the sky was ruled by the great god Capatan. In the beginning there was nothing except for the sun and giant Australian shepherds who ruled the land. These Australian shepherds lived in a palace, high above where the earth would once form, close to the sun. When new Australian shepherds were born they would often have parties to celebrate the new puppies. One day the emperor of the dogs and his wife had some new puppies, and the dogs threw the biggest party that the palace had ever seen, they were having so much fun that party shook the whole palace, and even the sun. Everything began to rumble and shake. So a part of the sun fell out of the sky hurdling and landing on Earth. This making a huge explosion. According to the ancient Aztec religion, it took the gods five tries to create the world. The first four attempts had failed because the gods were fighting among themselves. Each creator-god would take a turn being the sun in order for the world to function properly so that it would be habitable. The gods had a council and decided that Nanauatl, a lowly, humble god, would have to sacrifice himself to become the sun. But there was a major problem with this, he was not moving. It was then that the gods realized that they would also have to sacrifice themselves so the humans could live. The god Ehecatl sacrificed all the other gods and a strong wind arose to help move the sun. Once they fixed the sun, they recreated the world for the fifth time.
The gods were pleased with what they did, but they were still missing one thing. To feel completely satisfied, Odin took two broken trees and formed them into the first man and woman.
The last creation: family trees. There have been many family trees with many children. In the Egyptian creation, the first generation of gods was Atum, then the next was Shu and
In the beginning of the myth, the gods Plumed Serpent and Hurricane created the first plant life and the mountains on Earth. As time went by, the gods felt there was something missing because there was no noise on the planet. They then created animals to live in the forests. Once the animals were created, the gods had the intention of having the animals speak. Without language, the animals could not worship the gods properly. This left the gods unsatisfied. With this, the gods decided to create humans. The humans would be able to worship the gods and the animals would stay in the forests to serve the needs of man.
Cielon began ruling the heavens and sky while watching his older brother roam alone on Earth. Cielon felt bad for his older brother since his other two siblings were killed and he was separated from his new siblings. He decided the King of the Earth could use some worshippers. He worked diligently day and night, devising the perfect solution. He took some of the moisture that had floated up from earth and stole stardust from where his mother lived, to create his own daughter, Nubia. Nubia was named the goddess of the clouds and Cielon granted her the gift to float between the heavens and roam freely on the Earth.
The creation of the gods starts with chaos and from the chaos came the endless gods: Eros, Tartarus, and Gaea (Love, hell, and the earth). Gaea created Uranus, the first ruler of the sky and Eros
The traditional legend begins with Rangi (the sky father) and Papa (the earth mother) uniting to give birth to numerous offspring: gods of the sea, forest, wind, wild food, planted food, and mankind.5 Once born, the children constantly quarreled with one another in the darkness and finally decided to separate their parents to create light. The god of the wind, opposed to the idea, fled to the sky where his anger manifested into thunder and lightening. Disregarding his brother’s opinion, the god of the forest successfully separated his parents’ loving embrace. The disconnection enabled life to flourish and thrive throughout the land. Unfortunately, Rangi and Papa were forever separated. Rangi’s constant flow of tears filled the oceans and lakes. To this day, many Maori believe that Rangi and Papa’s infinite sorrow is responsible for the dew, mist and rain.5
