How Body Systems Work Together

There are many kinds of body systems, working together to create a functioning body. Different body systems work with certain body systems, but all work together. Like, nervous system and muscular system, circulatory system and respiratory system, and so on.
The nervous system is a body system that sends nerves up through the spinal cord to the brain, to tell what the body is doing. A nervous body system may include, brain, spinal cord, and specialized cells to carry up the information. The muscular system is also another body system that let blood flow through the muscles, makes the body moves. There are many kinds of muscles that are being composed into the body, like cardiac muscles, smooth muscles, digestive muscles, etc. Both the nervous and muscular system work together tell if something was wrong with the body, and how to react to it. For example, you touch a hot base, and without thinking you immediately remove your hand away from there. Right there is your nervous system and muscular system working. Let's go into detail, since the base was hot, it would send off heat to the nervous system, so that the nervous system would tell the brain that the body is in danger. Once the brain knows that the body is in pain, the brain quickly tells the muscles to move their hands from there, preventing total damage of the tissue. …show more content…

The circulatory system would transport nutrients and oxygen to all the cells in the body. Organs include, heart, veins, and arteries. The respiratory system exchanges gases, like carbon dioxide, and oxygen so that the body will function properly. These two systems work together to get oxygen to move blood, to work out many organs in the body. Air goes in and out by the mouth or nose and comes in and out of the lungs.
