MILLERSBURG — An armed Killbuck man is in custody after Holmes County deputies responding to a Friday night domestic violence call were able to talk him into giving up his weapon and complying with officers.
It’s a much different outcome than a Sunday night incident in nearby Uniontown, which culminated in the shooting of a responding police officer and subsequent shooting death of the suspect.

“Domestic violence has always been a dangerous situation for anyone to walk into, not just law enforcement, but anyone, and you never know what to expect with state of mind,” said Haun. Given the potential risk, he said, “we always try to send more than one officer,” although because of the area they must cover to reach the scene, significant time may elapse between the arrival of one and another, forcing the first on scene to evaluate the situation, protect himself and the victim and contain the situation as best as possible pending arrival of backup.
On Friday, a total of three deputies, including a K-9 unit, responded to the call, Haun said.
He’s thankful it was resolved without incident.
“In this particular situation, Mr. Fraizer did comply, which is a.good thing. Obviously, it could have ended with less than desirable results,” said Haun.
“We will always respond appropriately to get control of a situation as quickly as possible,” he said, urging anyone who may be confronted by police to comply without delay and without making assumptions as to how the officer may or may not

About once a week I have to transfer a case to another Oklahoma County. I have to word process five letters and mail them to the correct county asking for permission to transfer the case. I also do judgement and sentences, which is the paperwork that is sent to the prisons for the inmates to do time in prison. These are very important and have to be correct because they are the proof of how much time the inmate will do and if they were incorrect, the inmate could do too much time or not enough time. My word processing and proofreading skills are very important and I use them daily.
In this instant appeal, Mr. Shoemaker asserts that the circuit court erred by imposing an improper purge provision after finding him to be in contempt, and that the circuit court erred in finding that Mr. Shoemaker would be liable for alimony payments in accordance with the parties’ original separation agreement. We shall address both of these arguments in turn.
The Marshall Court permanently changed a number of aspects in the United States Government. The Court affected the amount of power the Federal Government possessed, the government’s power over the economy, their role as the Federal Government, the concept of implied power, and the rights of American Indians. The Marshall Court system ultimately gave the Federal government, most notably the Judicial Branch of the government, a greater amount of power to sway the decisions of the states. The Judicial Branch of the government became assertive, pushing to make their judgment absolute, this removed power from the states. The Marshall Court allowed the Federal Government to create a powerful Judicial Branch that was capable of changing many aspects of the American court system and the rights of the states.

“All units, please respond to a suspicious man walking on the street between 2nd st main st.” A police officer driving his beat responses to the dispatch as any officer would. Little does he know that he will be in an officer involved shooting and be the reason for protests and riots only because he was doing his job and following protocol. This is too often the case as the media and society are quick to judge what happens in an incident like this. When these tragic incidents happen it's no wonder why cops don't want to go into crime and poverty ridden neighborhoods because they will just be harassed for doing their job by the media and society.
The gradual dislike leads the police officers to always contemplate on ending the rising crime and in the end; they find themselves using excessive force, even in situations where force was not needed. The SWAT team is one response unit that is trained and psychologically prepared to deal with tough and resisting criminals. In addition, the response team is issued with specific orders to use excessive force when necessary; especially if they note that, the criminals are dangerous and may harm others.
