Hillary Clinton as President
Hillary Clinton would best suit as president, therefore her aphorism is to make a difference in the lives of all Americans. Her goals after she wins the presidential election is to multiply our economy rate, promote racial justice and citizenships, and to ensure that the united states have partnerships with our allies to keep our country safe. For those reasons, if I was legalized to vote, Hillary Clinton would be my primary choice.
For one thing, Clintons prerogative is to strengthen the economy. She is proposing in investing in commendable-paying jobs, and believes every American should have a wondrous occupation and a phenomenal career. Not to mention, she focuses on her ambition to higher education, which will
She believes that school choice would kill off public schooling in America. Clinton’s standpoint is that children need to be educated at a young age and that will help them reach their maximum potential as they get older. As president, Hillary says she will make sure every 4-year-old in America goes to preschool. Hillary wants to focus more on providing education at younger ages, making sure education is affordable, and helping parents with children attending college decrease their stress levels. Hillary also wants to ensure that every teacher is working to the best of their abilities and preparing kids for how tough the world is today. She wants to fix America’s schools; she wants to make them offer helpful courses for the future and make schools safer across the country.
In addition, Hilary clinton thinks that women right is human rights. She stands for women’s issues are family issues, economic issues and crucial to our future competitiveness. She will defend women’s health and reproductive rights against attacks. She wants every american should be able to learn the skills they need to compete and succeed. For that issues she will incentivize to invest directly in their workers and provide on the job trainings.
For many decades, one woman has impacted American politics in multiple ways. From being a senator, a first lady, and even secretary of state, Hilary Clinton has fought hard for her beliefs. Like child care, gun control, and bettering the economy, she has always taken pride on her platforms and making American citizens’ lives better, and not only for the wealthy. Unlike her opponent, Donald Trump, Clinton has a political history to look back on. There are multitudes of Trump and his history like him filing for bankruptcy on more than one occasion.
With the presidential election coming to a close on this Tuesday, November 8th, the research that was gathered in class, allowed a new insight into which candidate was best suited for the job. Each candidate in this election, both have very different view points on each important topic going on in our country today, allowing voters to see the complete complexity of this election. For example, topics including gun control, the pay gap situation and abortion allowed myself, as a voter, to gain knowledge about each candidates position on the topic and which candidate I believed was my ideal one for presidency. In this election, I believe Hilary Clinton is the best candidate for presidency.
Hillary exposure towards the campaign is helping the economy and the public, middle class. She quotes “My dad played football at Penn State,” as she is speaking out to her voters. During the debate she quotes I want us to invest in you. I want us to invest in your future. That means jobs in infrastructure, in advanced manufacturing, innovation and technology, clean, renewable energy, and small business, because most of the new jobs will come from small business.
Hence, she takes a more moderate approach than others, but still a much more progressive stance than others. As it concerns the economy, Hillary is looking to give working families a raise by increasing minimum wage and also by giving tax relief to help them manage increasing costs (“Raise American Incomes” 1). She wants to create well paying jobs and stimulate an increase in pay rates by investing in infrastructure, clean energy and scientific and medical research to strengthen growth of the economy (“Raise American Incomes” 1). Perhaps most importantly, she wants to close corporate loop holes and make the wealthy pay their fair share (“Raise American Incomes”
According to Hillary for America, Clinton wants to invest in medical and scientific research, infrastructure and clean energy. She plans to provide tax cuts for small businesses and the middle class while eliminating tax loopholes for the wealthy. She supports increasing the federal minimum wage to $12 and a tax credit for corporations that offer workers a legitimate opportunity to participate in a profit-sharing program. In addition, she wants to improve federal funding for higher education so that students can earn college degrees without resorting to
Born in Chicago, Illinois, U.S.A., she attended Wellesley College, then earning a J.D. (Juris Doctor) from Yale Law School in 1973. This hardworking presidential candidate is a woman who’s been fighting for children and families for over forty years. Someone who has provided her best works in reaching over the limits of a woman and providing millions of children with health care. This person is Hillary Clinton, and these are the only some of the biggest accomplishments she has made during her lifetime, there can and will be more if she gets voted as President of the United States of 2016-2020. She has been through many experiences in government, such as being an American lawyer and politician, U.S.
Clinton questions, she sees it as an opportunity for the growth of our country. Moreover, besides supporting DACA and DAPA which are necessary for certain people’s eligibility for citizenship, Clinton is keen to establish a Comprehensive Immigration Reform legislation with a full and equal path to citizenship to make sure that people in a variety of situations are eligible for citizenship.
Which includes solving the issue with visa delays, protecting the national security and borders, and includes undocumented people in the economy (Immigration Reform). Therefore, if congress does not fix the comprehensive reform of immigration, then Hillary has a plan. I believe that the immigration reform needs to be modified. Citizenship as a result equals more opportunities for undocumented people in the United States. I agree with Clinton, the visa issue needs to be confronted. Undocumented people decide to risk their lives because they are tired of waiting for a visa. In addition causing families to be torn apart because parents of undocumented families are the first to go. Hillary Clinton wants families to stay united by creating a system for parents of Dreamers and supporting a deferred action plan. I support that because my parents, if not for their permanent residency would be in that position of being deported. I believe Clinton when she promises to bring those people into the formal economy. There are undocumented people who pay taxes and own a home, yet they do not contribute to the economy. It is unfair for undocumented people to work low waged jobs, without a doubt they have the skills and determination for higher waged jobs. Undocumented people believe there is hope for a new life, safe
Hillary Clinton might not have all the positives but for the large part understands what has to be done to at least move forward to a brighter future for every person living in America. Health care, education and the right to fight to become a legal citizen is something that can take time still, in the long run, it can end up as a positive. In addition, nothing is perfect that’s why patience has to be a paramount aspect when it comes to any reform. If Hillary Clinton’s reform is introduced and passed it probably won’t be effective during the early stages and might have some restructuring to do, yet it’s still better to anything the American government has proposed over the last couple of years. The issue of immigration will continue to be important to the American public if nothing is done to publicly and lawfully address the situation. Hillary Clinton's proposal can at the least be a stepping stone towards an improved relationship between immigration and the
However, “the big economic news of the 1990s had little or nothing to do with Bill Clinton, with government policies that were uniquely or mainly the work of Bill Clinton, or with the day-to-day management of public resources by the Clinton administration.” (National Review). In fact, according to the Center for Economic and Policy Research, “During the last quarter of his predecessor’s presidency, real GDP growth was 4.33 percent; during the last quarter of Clinton’s presidency, it was down to 2.89 percent and plunging.” Some may say that she’s had broad experience, she was Secretary of State too. While that is valuable experience, the FBI had said she had been reckless and careless whilst dealing with top secret emails during her administration (Fbi.Gov). Some simply say they want to make history, like the democrats did with Obama being the first black, in having a first Woman
First, as a new Democratic nominee running for President their economic positions are made clear. To reach the goals that Democrats want for our country 's economy, Democrats have made it their priority to cut taxes for working families and tax the rich more in tax increases. They also provide help for small businesses and homeowners. The Democratic Party is also trying to make college available for free for all Americans as well as removing companies that produce their products overseas and bringing them in the United States. “Hillary Clinton and Democrats will make certain we build and economy works for everyone, not just those at the top.”
A president that truly believes in the [precedent] that our founders put forth all those years ago — that we are all created equal, each a beloved part of the great American story. When crisis hits, we don't turn against each other, we listen to each other. We lean on each other. We are always stronger together. I am here tonight because I know that that is the kind of president Hillary Clinton will be and that is why in this election, I'm with her.
I view success as being able to achieve one’s personal goals in all aspects of life. The missing link for me is the completion of my degree, which brings me to Tiffin University.
