Do you ever wonder why Sea levels are rising? This is all because of global warming. Global warming makes ice in Antarctica melt. If you’re wondering why this happens well it’s because because of all the fossil fuels we burn. When we burn fossil fuels it releases warm gases into our atmosphere. Which could make it hotter for us. First, factories around the world release different types of gases that it’s said to be like a thermal jacket on the earth. One of them is said to be carbon dioxide. Carbon dioxide is a hot gas that gets trapped in our atmosphere when fossil fuels are burned.According to nationalgeographic.com, Greenhouse gases effect is a warming that happens when gases in the earth's atmosphere traps heat. Another gas that does a lot of damage is sulfur dioxide. this gas can cause breathing problems for all living creatures when burned.And every day we burn more and more which can someday cause big droughts. …show more content…

Some animals can you keep up with this but Animals such as penguins, polar bears, and even ringed seals are in danger. Polar bears are known to be strong swimmers but can they swim forever?. According to Thoughtco.com negative effects of global warming change the population of polar bears. is Global warming is really affecting Antarctica because it is melting all the ice. This causes the Sea levels to rise and this also means that animals there have less ice to be on. ringed seals need ice to make nest for their babies. but what will happen without all that ice?
