You also walk with more confidence and have a stronger voice. Also, your positivity can spread to others, however, any negativity can also spread. Some ways to be positive are to not allow what other people say about you get to you. Other ways are to smile more, try to only visualize positive things, use positive words when talking to people, and don’t give up. When I see someone being very pessimistic I know now that they can be changed to have a more optimistic view. I can even change my own life. If I am felling very pessimistic I can remember this and how there is always a better way to think about something. Knowing my signature strengths is important too because I know what and how I deal with things. I can alter how I do things to better support the person I truly am. I need use this knowledge to better my interactions with people and how I approach challenge.

Thinking positively can benefit one in several ways. The positive thinking a person can do can help them reach a goal that they are striving for. Even more so if they are given an unlikely or difficult goal to achieve by another person. Their positive thinking will give them a stronger approach to said goal if they know they will succeed. Also, the fact that someone else has given them an unlikely goal to achieve will make the person try even more to achieve the goal and defy the odds.
