Evaluating Interview

Sleep Issue: Client has trouble to sleep while she is traveling, particularly when she had to share bed/room with her travel companions. She felt she was becoming a burden to her travel companions, and she is worrying others may think she is weird. Client also said she has trouble to sleep when someone is visiting her house as well, this includes her parents visiting. Client reflected she has a particular sleep routine.

Mental Health: Wellness Coach asked Mr. Hallet if he has any therapist appointments coming up and he express that his next appointment is on 12/20/2016 at 10:30am. Wellness Coach asked Mr. Hallet how he been managing his depression and he responded that he been active and walking daily. He been adherent to the medication but he wishes not to take them. In asking Mr. Hallet what is causing him to stop taking them and he states that it brings back vivid images that is causing him to form bad thoughts. Wellness Coach then asked if he is going to harm people or himself. Mr. Hallet

On May 16, 2017 I interviewed Jaimie Resendiz about what it means to be American to her. Jaimie is 29 years old, shes been living most of her life here in Orange County. She recently moved to a different county, which is, Riverside County. She has her own house with three children, and two small dogs. Although, Jaimie has kids she isn’t so sure if she wants to get married.

In order to meet the study objectives, in addition to the case study, a semi-structured interview was conducted using non-random sampling. As respondents of the interview had to have particular characteristics such as ability to value property and knowledge about the property market, estate agents were contacted. A total of 7 interviews were conducted with estate agents in the West Hampstead/Kilburn area. The interviews lasted approximately 10 minutes. The participants were as follows:

Ms. Lewis was on time for her evaluation. Ms. Lewis appeared neat and appropriately dressed for the interview. Ms. Lewis had no noticeable tattoos. Ms. Lewis was able to establish good eye contact throughout the interview. Ms. Lewis’ posture appeared to be tense when she first sat down for the interview. Ms. Lewis appeared calm but concerned. She appeared to have normal and steady psychomotor activity throughout. Ms. Lewis’ general attitude and behavior appeared positive and cooperative. By the end of the interview, Ms. Lewis appeared to become more relaxed in his posture.

Shantelle Jones is a 17-year old adolescent female who was referred to this agency following a brief hospitalization for a suicide attempt. She resides in Rural, Michigan with her paternal aunt, Ms. Wilson, who has become her adoptive parent, as well as her younger sister, her paternal grandmother, and an adult male cousin. During her intake appointment, Ms. Wilson stated that she would like Miss Jones to be less aggressive toward her sister, less rebellious, and to become compliant with the medical recommendations of the psychiatrist who treated her in the hospital. Miss Jones stated that she would not like counseling, but if it was necessary she would comply because she would like to be less depressed and have less strife in her home life.

The interview process is something we have all gone through in order to get any job. It may not be our dream job but it is a job and we all have to do this process in order to even be able to start working. In Katy Piotrowski’s article “Preparing for the Job Interview: Know Thyself,” she explains everything that you need to know and not know when going to a job interview. Graduating college and having a Bachelor’s degree of Science in Nursing is what I look forward to doing in the next two years. I will be discussing myself applying for a position in the nursing department. Being the right candidate for this RN nursing position in hospice care requires a lot of hard work and dedication, and that is why I am a good candidate for this position.

A lot has changed since our parents were our age. This assignment did show me that even though times have changed significantly there will always be some constants in college no matter the decade. For my assignment I interviewed my mom Sue Kluzek. She went to Northern Illinois University in 1986. She was coming in as a junior after attending junior college prior. Since she was a junior she didn’t have to live in the residence hall so she got an apartment she knew that already went there. Since there wasn’t much around northern when she attended she ate dinning hall food a lot of the time. When I asked her how it was she said it’s the one thing she’ll never miss about college. My mom said she loved northern because she got to be on her own. Now since my mom came in as a junior she had already decided on what she wanted to do the rest of her life. She was majoring in special education elementary. She originally was going to major in business but when she did a summer job helping out children with learning disabilities she knew that was the career for her.

This new medical concern has greatly affected my capacity to focus and concentrate on school work. I was hoping to complete all my degree requirements last semester but as a result of the migraine cluster headaches my capacity to register and take the remaining course was not possible.

Sullivan (1954) supported that clinical interviews are generally the first interaction between the patient and clinician anda re use to find out who the patient is, why they are here and what they come through to be in their present or existing situation. The basic advantage of the clinical interview is that interviewer can transcribe the questions as needful, illuminate doubt and supply that the answers are appropriately understood, by repeating and rephrasing the questions. The interviewer can also collect non-verbal cues from the client or respondent. Any disturbance, stress, worry and troubles that the client experiences can be defined through, frowns (not the tolerant), body language and nervous taping, unawares displayed by any person. This would be unlikely to specify in a telephone meeting or interview. So face to face aids the interviewee to get the wanted outcomes and aid them the phrase of the person to whom they are interviewing. By understanding the facial expression of the client the interviewer can certainly and easily grasp what the client wish to say them about any thing. The basic disadvantage of the clinical interview is that face to face communication between clinician and client is the geographically limitations they may lay on the surveys and the numerous resources necessary if such surveys required to be made internationally and nationally. Work at an airline calls for undivided attention, focus and stamina. Top executives find themselves torn between balancing work and family. While work is important in ensuring employees meet their family needs, it has become increasing important for senior executives to try to strike a balance between the two (Masuda & Chinchilla, 2010). Ability to ensure both sides are well catered for requires careful examination of ones conduct and building a clear time frame. Success may be achieved at workplace through putting more efforts and time. This means less time and personal touch with family members, which may be harmful to the wellbeing of all parties. In
