Elvis Presley was born in Mississippi on January 8,1935. He had a twin brother who died at birth, leaving him an only child. His parents were together all of his childhood. They moved to Memphis when Elvis was 13. He absorbed many different types of music there, and at age 19 he started his musical career. By 1956, he was an international star. His musical combined the musical influences he had as a kid and challenged racial and social obstacles, which introduced a new era of American music and pop culture. He made many songs, commercials and movies before being drafted into the army in 1958. In 1964 he received his discharge from the army. He was very popular after that. In 1967 he married Priscilla Presley, and the next year his only child, Lisa Marie, was born. 10 years later, 1977, he died in his house, graceland. …show more content…

She has two siblings, Jamie Lynn Spears and Bryan Spears. Her parents were on and off again. Her career started off as acting at age 7. When she was 8 she starred on a disney show. After the show was cancelled, she started focusing on music. 1998, at age 17 she had her first hit single. She kept writing music and starring on shows and movies. In January 2004, she married Jason Alexander, then later that year in September, she married Kevin Federline. In April 2005, she announced she was pregnant with her first child.
