I think a Utopian society is impossible to create, and a lot of people will die trying to make this type of society. What is a Utopian society? A Utopian society is a society that has perfect qualities. There is peace, no wars, and everyone gets along with each other. Freedom and equality exist in this type of society too. The opposite of a Utopian society is a Dystopian society. In a Dystopian society, freedom does not exist. You are surrounded by war everywhere you go. People are constantly fighting with each other. The world we live in is a Dystopian society. A Utopian society sounds like a great place to live, but I think creating such a perfect society is something humans cannot achieve. Also, by forcing people to not use their special talents, the talented people would be living their life the exact same way as the rest of society. No one would have their special abilities to allow them to have a better chance of succeeding or being better than the next person. No one would have an unfair advantage in life. This may be true in the sense that people would be equal with one another, but freedom, another quality that must be achieved in a Utopian society, would not exist. By forcing people to stop using their talents that others do not have, you are taking away their freedom to choose whether or not they want to use their talents. Other people might argue that by taking away a couple of people’s freedom and pain-free lives by burdening them with memories of the past, you are allowing thousands of other people to live with equality, freedom, and no pain. As true as this may be, this would be a failed version of a Utopian society. The whole point of a Utopian society is to have everyone be able to live with the painless version of life with freedom and equality. If you exclude one or two people, then not every last person would be living this type of life. There would be a couple of people with the burdens of the society’s past. They would not be able to live in peace and in a pain-free way with the horrors of the
