In this day and age, people are very passionate about their beliefs. Many change their lives to do what they believe to be right. Many people are very concerned about animal mistreatment, so they do not use any food or products that come from animals or that harm them in any way. This lifestyle is called veganism. According to an article on veganism, the definition is "a philosophy and way of living which seeks to exclude—as far as is possible and practical—all forms of exploitation of, and cruelty to, animals for food, clothing, or any other purpose." Vegans are devoted to stopping all cruelty to animals, and therefore, are the voices for those who cannot speak for themselves.
Many non-vegans are not aware of the practices that occur into

However, for others, they do not eat animal products because of the health of it. Vegans consume seven or more pieces of fruit or vegetables than the average person, so this results in a 33% less of a chance of premature death compared to someone who consumes one portion of fruits and vegetables daily. Vegans are at less of a risk of many diseases than non-vegans. They have lower body mass and less body fat, which contributes to a lower risk of diseases involving body weight. Additionally, vegans claim that they have clearer skin, and stronger hair and nails. Vegans also typically have more energy. According to a man named Randy Hale, being a vegan is very beneficial to your health. Hale grew up in the midwest eating plenty of red meat and very little vegetables. He was later in life diagnosed with high blood pressure, unsafe cholesterol levels, and type 2 diabetes. He adopted a vegan diet, and within a few weeks, he was almost cured of all his medical issues. Randy Hale is an example of how adopting a vegan diet is truly better for your health. Vegan diets are very beneficial due to their ability to prolong your life and overall make you happier.
Veganism is a lifestyle that is challenging, but the benefits of a vegan lifestyle are fantastic. Being a vegan is good for your health, good for the planet and good for animals. Veganism is a way of living which seeks to exclude, as far as is possible and practicable, all forms of exploitation of, and cruelty to, animals for food, clothing or any other purpose. This includes not consuming meat, dairy, honey, eggs, gelatin, etc., as well as not using leather, feathers, wool, or products that have been tested on animals.
Vegan life is healthier for the nutritional benefits are better when compared to non-vegan eating. The majority of people in the
Veganism to me it's a lifestyle where a person chooses not to consume, wear, nor use any animal products. Even though going vegan helps million of animals around the world; which is so inhumane and I don't know how people, like my family, can claim to love animals but pay to kill them, it also helps and improves many more things. For example, our health; the article says that our energy would increase if we consumed a plant-based diet, which is very interesting because if we were meant to be eating a animals then that would increase our energy but since they take so long to be digested, they are actually taking energy that we could use for other things. Our environment it's another thing that
I believe that veganism is merely a phase, in which people can convince themselves that it is both beneficial for their health and the environment. By not consuming meat and animal produce, we are encouraging a world of over-population and wastage, as well as poor health.
Veganism is a plant-based diet aimed to replace meat, oils, fats and dairies in the normal omnivorous diet. Vegans, someone who participates in veganism, often turn to veganism due to their own ideas about animal cruelty, environmental conservation and their own health. The majority of these people chose to be a vegan for health benefits, but that is not the only reason. The idea of veganism is helpful for saving suffering animals, keeping the environment cleaner, has many health benefits for humans, and is less expensive than the traditional omnivorous diet.
Veganism isn't as good as speculated by other websites. Nutriciously.com says veganism can put people in a "bad state of health." The bad state is caused by the body adapting to new eating habits. Enpoweredsustenance.com says that vegan foods "don't provide fat-soluble vitamins A and D." That is evidence of the bad side in veganism
Rejecting the commodity status of animals and abstaining from animal products may still unconsciously be terrible for vegans. While many animal loving, herbivorous, vegans believe that they are doing what is best for the environment and their bodies, research argues the opposite. From cutting out meat, selecting processed foods, and making pricely decisions, vegans can still be creating terrible decisions resulting in obesity and poor health.
The world has changed in many ways in the past year; the biggest factor would be Global Warming. As studies show, veganism can help global warming, but still have fatal consequences. Good things, such as helping the earth, eating healthier, and more, can help our world with many problems. Although, the effect of that could be deadly in some cases. As people go through, it shows that eating better foods and recycling can help our environment in more ways than one.
Statistically speaking, veganism is beneficial to both the environment and human health. Eating a plant based diet can prevent disease such as diabetes, macular degeneration, colon cancer, and high cholesterol, which are harmful to the body and can possibly effect the average lifespan
But, I have been taught to care about animals because they have feelings and emotions just like us. So I don’t mind the challenges that come with being vegan. We do not have the right to raise one animal on a higher pedestal than another based solely on the way we were conditioned. A dog is no different from a pig or a cow in terms of their emotions and behavior. Being a vegan also says that I am steadfast in my beliefs and that I have an empathetic soul. I am able to discern right from wrong and follow my heart in regards to veganism, as well as other aspects of my life. I care so deeply about other living beings and share a special bond with anyone going through formidable times because I always want to help those in need. Although the way I eat is somewhat unconventional, it has aided me in expanding my beliefs and views by becoming more receptive to the
People eat food every day without knowing its origin or how it was processed. As people mature, they pay more attention to how food affects them, instead of how it affects the environment. Although it is a fact that everyone needs to consume food to survive, what kind of food one consumes is ultimately the choice of the person themselves. Vegans and vegetarians support both a healthy diet and environment without exerting themselves. Veganism and vegetarianism is a better lifestyle than eating meat and meat products.
In one of the studies were named several of illnesses which can be reduced by living as a vegan. To the list of possible disease which can be reduced includes heart disease. Unfortunately BMD and the risk of bone fracture on concern list, as a result of not knowing what human body needs (Winstone J. Craig 2009) This study back up current study findings that being a vegan can lead to great health benefits or to negative consequences followed because of lack of knowledge.
To live in this world we need something to eat in order to survive. People wants to become for variety of reasons. some people abstain from animal products because they find factory farming cruel and inhumane. Other ones thought that animal agriculture destroys the environment. And many of them want to be veganism because they want to choose healthy diet or such in which is inherently low in fats, calories and cholesterol and high in vitamins and fibers.
This would lead to multiple health benefits including lowering cholesterol, blood pressure, and increasing antioxidant intake. (Bhide.) Vegans also have a less likely chance of being diagnosed with heart disease and type two diabetes. Although there are many benefits of consuming little to no animal based products there are also some health risks related to the diet change that are life threatening. One of the harmful side effects of a vegan diet is a vitamin B12deficiency. “B12plays a vital role in both the normal functioning of the brain, and reduction in healthy red blood cells. If left untreated aB12deficiency can cause nervous system damage or anemia.”(Mayo
Some health benefits that come along with being a vegan include: lower cholesterol levels, higher energy levels, weight loss, and even a longer life.
