Have you ever had the fear of teens operating heavy machinery, fireworks shooting off and missing you by a slim chance, or food poisoning? Welcome to Disneyland, where your worst fears of death come to life. Several cases of deaths in the Disneyland parks, from the first accident happening on the Matterhorn Bobsled and other attraction accidents, to mistakes when performing, and food accidents and crimes. The motto of Disney is, it’s the happiest place on earth. There’s a theory that Disney is the worst place to be. People suspect that Disney wants to portray the illusion of being the happiest place on earth. It’s a Small World ride created in 1999. The It’s A Small World ride is a water ride where you go in a boat and go into a building going through a series of pictures and small dolls moving from scene to scene, listening to the song, “It’s A Small World.” Around the time of the creation of the ride the death of a young child, hung themselves from the …show more content…

According to The Most Awful Disney Incidents and Deaths, “Mark Priest is a stuntman at Disneyland parks and on August 6th, 2009, 47-year-old was playing the role of a pirate on Captain Jack Pirate Tutorial show. He slipped on a puddle onstage hitting his head on the wall, causing him to suffer from broken vitibet and severe lacerations on his head that required 55 stitches. He later died August 10th, due to head injury.“ as well as the Indiana Jones Stunt Spectacular, “A live action show premiered in 1989, 5 different major shows take place in the show. While rehearsing another stunt man died from a head injury” (Rothschild). According to E-Newspaper Orlando Sentinel, a Disney worker, Javier Cruz, 38, 8 year Disney veteran, played the role of Pluto in the daily afternoon parade. Cruz was ran over by the beauty and the beast float backstage before entry to the public, several of his co-workers witnessed this accident being taken
