A study was conducted in Israel, published October of 2013, that studied the reactions of pediatricians when parents refused to immunize their children. Anonymous survey was sent out across the country to any pediatrician or doctor that worked with children that wanted to complete the questionnaire. While the anonymous survey has a pro of allowing for truthful answers from participants afraid to voice their true opinions to the public, one could also argue that this survey method is a con because the authenticity cannot be traced back to any one individual survey participant. The purpose of this research was to discover what pediatricians believed to be the best-practice approach of immunizations by gauging their responses to parents that refuse to have their children vaccinated.
The type of government that helped and benefited China the most was aristocracy because the Tang dynasty thrived using aristocracy and the wealthy have access to knowledge and books. According to the textbook, it stated that “[Tang rulers] strengthened the central government and increased Tang influence over outlying areas”(181). This suggests how Tang’s system of aristocracy was extremely effective in strengthening China’s central government. The text concludes that an aristocratic government benefited China by strengthening its central government. In addition, it said, “Only the wealthy could afford tutors, books, and time to study” (182). This excerpt suggests that the wealthy had access to knowledge, unlike the poor whom had no access to books and therefore, couldn’t study.

Do you think you are having a hard month? Have you ever felt like the underdog and you aren’t every going to be on top? Then you should watch the movie The Chef with Jon Favreau. The Chef is a great film about a Head Chef, who quits his high-end restaurant job and buys a food truck to reclaim his creative promise; while piecing back together his estranged family. It is strongly agreed with LA Times writer Gary Goldstein whom stated, “Warm, dimensional and intuitive, this Carl proves an ideal combo of top dog and underdog-as well as a thoroughly credible kitchen master.” The Chef can be highly recommended for many different reasons. One may say, for the famous A List cast members like Sofia Vergara and Henry Winkler. Sofia Vergara is one of the main actors of Modern Family. Henry Winkler is also, a known top actor from the 1970’s sitcom Happy Days. Another reason this film maybe highly recommended is for its great scene locations. The Chef was filmed in many different foods from the fancy restaurants to the Farmers Market; where the food is displayed in a way that enhance four of your five human senses. Maybe The Chef can be recommended for the eye catching landscapes locations from the streets of New Orlando to the beaches of Florida. However, one may say the film is an overwhelming delightful watch, because it is Jon Favreau writing and directing.
The book is highly informative and educational, and as Michael Ruhlman wrote I could feel his learned passion for the craving to become a cook. He did the greater part of the course, both preparing to be a gourmet expert and expounding on it as a writer. Ruhlman learned the fundamentals of cooking stocks, roux, vegetables, and sauces; also, he gained the experience of working the front of the house by waiting tables. Most importantly, he gained the knowledge of the meaning of being a chef to become a leader within the industry. You were expected to know the answers to all the questions in the Culinary Institute of American (CIA), and know why things happen the way they do. As chef Pardus would add, “you better know how to do it” (35).
