Introduction Uncorked Bistro will provide a full-service retail merchant of wines and gifts related to wine as well as a full-service restaurant/cafe with a Christian-focused atmosphere in the River District of Danville, Virginia. The restaurant section allows a 50 seat fine-dining area with additional exterior patio seating of 20 seats for a more relaxed setting. We will feature a full menu of traditional French cuisine at moderate price level. It will distinguish itself from the competition by its unique dining experience, selection of wines, and prime storefront location overlooking the river. Customers will be able to enjoy a fine view while dining with the ability to shop our wine collection at any time during their visit. The establishment will encourage the two important values in Christianity: love and service. The wine shop, known as "The Cellar", will feature over 400 wines from around the world from inexpensive wines to rare wines. We will also feature wines from local and Virginia wineries ."The Cellar" will also have available for sale a selection of wine related gifts. The shopping area will be separate from the dining area and available during business hours. Uncorked Bistro will be open seven days a week. Bonny Doon Vineyards, a successful winery business based in Santa Cruz, California, has grown from selling 5,000 cases of wine a year in 1981 to 200,000 cases a year in 1999. To keep growing and be more profitable, the business must choose amongst three possible strategic directions. The first strategy is to start importing wines from Europe into the United States. The second alternative is branching into a retail outlet for unusual wines of great value, accompanied by a high level of service. Lastly, the business’ D.E.W.N could be expanded to include wines not made by the company itself but by other wineries that follow the same values and philosophy.
Customers come to this restaurant because of the good Italian food at a low price – you can get a meal for $7, including drinks. Customers also eat at Papa Geo’s due to the cleanliness of the facility, the speed of getting their seat and food, and the vending machines which keep the children busy while adults enjoy their meal.
Production – Having a good production team can help your business stay up to the task of handling all of your demand needs. Knowing your production costs and the speed your employees can complete a task will help you to figure out how much profit can be made of an item. This can be done by taking in the time factor when working on a particular job and the parts required. The speed and quality of production plays a big factor in the company and keeping it running. Our employees in the business who are in the production department will be the engine room of the business. We would strive to keep them comfortable and provide them with enough down to make sure they are not over worked and stressed, which will give us better quality in
The consumer behaviour that I have selected is “choosing a restaurant for a special occasion”. In this case, I would like to choose a restaurant to celebrate my boyfriend’s 24th birthday. The ideal restaurant should be brand new; the environment should be romantic and comfortable. The food needs to be delicious and delicate. We will briefly explore each business option and give Betty concise recommendations as to what business form to pursue as well as what business partners to engage.

Angela Fox and Zooey Caulfield are recent college graduates from State University with a degree in food and nutrition. With their love for food and nutrition these two friends have decided to open up a French restaurant in Draperton, which is also the town State University is located in. They believe their business will prosper because there are no French restaurants in the area leaving the restaurant to be unique. They acquired a Victorian home just off of Main Street which is a heavily trafficked area and name their new venture “The Possibility”.

The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner with Cuisine like pierogies, borscht, latkes, challah bread and savory blintzes. The juice bar section offers wheatgrass shots and fresh juices. It offers unique eating experience in an attractive environment at the soothe of outdoor terraces. No alcohol drinks are provided in the restaurants. The fees at the restaurant are fair and the menu collection is most appropriate to more developed tastes. The restaurant opening hours are between 7:00 A.M to 11:00 P.M.
