My experiences at Crew Carwash have allowed me to develop and build upon my skill set. Quickly, I developed into the leader of my workspace and was rewarded with a promotion. As Team Leader, I lead, mentored, and trained the other associates. I mentored two specific team members into becoming additional Team Leaders. In addition to coaching other associates, I exemplified my passion every day, specifically on Sundays I would come in an hour and forty-five minutes early to knock out all of the location's weekly tasks and set the location up for success. My strong leadership skills coincide with my ability to connect and create relationships with others and build a strong sense of unity among my coworkers. I am defined by my passion for hard
In my professional working experience, I have been acknowledged for my ability to hit the ground running and exceed all expectations. My work history proves that I have been able to successfully move forward in my career as I continue to advance my education
In this organization I can contribute by showing my full potential I’m a very hardworking and determined person, I will help by being focused and assertive with everything I do. I have learned a lot from being the co-captain of the jv cheerleading team last winter and also being the captain for the jv cheerleading team this season, I have learned that communication is the key to all success and that if you don’t communicate things will become more difficult for you and your peers around you. Another thing I’ve learned is to adapt to change quickly and that any change that you or others make can be for tthe greater good of you and them, during last season of me being co-captain i learned to persevere through anything that i find hard and I

I am very much a people person, and talking in front of people doesn't scare me, and I am a very talkable person and very approachable. I am a very hard worker, because of the way I have been raised, and I love working hard. I took 3 honors classes and 1 AP class, because I love challenges this year. I like having a lot to do and would love to work often. Lastly, I would love bringing a positive experience to the customers at Hawaiian Ice, because I know and have recognized the difference of having a nice, welcoming, and personable employee, compared to someone who just does the work, without caring. This is very important because it makes such a difference in the experience that the customer has, because it can make them want to come back, or think in their mind, “Wow, that employee was rude!”. I think that I can bring a good feel to this Hawaiian Ice Shack, and I am willing to work hard, and really create a one on one personable experience for

Since childhood, I had a chance to develop my leadership and organizational skills through sports and had my school team win many competitions. My school is one of the places where my leadership qualities are valued as I often become a head of many activities, such as staging plays, organizing shows and school trips with my teachers. Being a leader gives me the opportunity to work in a team and consider my peers’ ideas to make our plans creative and enjoyable for everyone. My personal traits help me to gain trust and respect of my peers as they believe me to be a positive, open-minded and reliable person. I have learned to solve problems and conflicts thanks to this great experience of leadership, and I am always ready to assist my peers when it is
I firmly believe that the people i've surrounded myself with have helped me become the person I am today. I think that they have helped me become a leader in my own right and have pushed me to achieve reach my full potential. I see the light in every dark situation so when slammed with customers and the pressure is on I feel none of it. I think quickly on my feet. I provide the same kind of work quality on and off shifts for the company as if it was my own, constantly promoting and talking about what I do and who I do it for to everyone on site. Bring me apart of the Bearclaw festival crew would not only be an immediate benefit to the
I joined a leadership program, called Junior Ambassadors, that empowers young leaders with the skills to make a positive difference in their lives & community. The intense program put me outside of my comfort zone. The peer pressure of speaking in front of large groups of people caused me to resort to desperately resigning to get the easy way out. After quitting, I noticed the changes that the members that stayed earned. Even those reserved became strong and fearless leaders that did not back down to speak in front of groups of people. I noticed this and I wanted this for myself. When the summer ended, I re-joined the Junior Ambassadors with no regrets. I wanted that change for myself. Despite facing previous year members that graduated, I
~I believe that I have shown myself to be a reliable and knowledgeable leader with the ability to manage and serve with humility and grit. I also feel that I am ready and willing to take on a new challenge to further the reach and impact of Build as a manager. To this end, I intend to continue to show myself as a trusted and dedicated team member who is willing to not only teach by showing but will also learn by doing.
I am a committed hard worker and I will do everything in my power to ensure that I deliver effective results and better myself in the process. Including, finding resolutions to the problems that encounter in the workplace and encouraging my co-workers promoting team efforts to achieve our departments and organizational goals’.
We all know that we can pay to get our car washed, but why pay the expensive price of a professional when you can get the same results doing it yourself? You will save money and have the satisfaction of doing it yourself.
