A police report was released over the death of Mark Fischbach. His brother, Sean Fischbach, was killed a few weeks ago being shot it the back. Mark wrote a note shortly before his death. The note read:
“Send help. Someone is in my house and they are trying to find me. Send help. He has a gun. Send help. He’s in my kitchen shooting and breaking plates. I’m scared. Send help. I’m locked in my office waiting for someone to help me. Send help. I hear knocks on my wall and gunshots. I can’t run and grab my hunting rifle from my room. Send help. I’m locked in my office. Send help. Their footsteps are coming closer. Send help. He’s shut off the light. I think it’s Sean coming for me. My computer is illuminating the room. Send help. A few months

I shot at him during the fight. I left after that. I remember that. After I shot at him.
Did you miss? Yes, I think I did.
And I left. He did come after me. I told my wife about what happened. She said her and my son were going to see how Sean was doing a few days ago and go get groceries.
How long has it been? 5 days 6 hours 37 minutes and 52 seconds, or 126 hours, or 7,597 minutes, or 455,872 seconds.
I didn’t kill him. Did I? I forgot. No I hit him. It didn’t kill him. Or did I hit him? Arm? Leg? No, it was stomach. Chest? I couldn’t have killed him if I shot his chest. There are bones there. I’m crazy. The creaks grow louder. I finish my email as I open the door to my office. I take the gun and point it to myself.
I don’t think I killed Sean. Someone else did. Someone else killed me too. I wonder if it was the same person...
Mark Fischbach was found in his home. No broken plates or bullet holes were found in the home, nor a sign of forced entry or damage done to the home. Fischbach was found dead with a gunshot wound in his chest, his hunting rifle at his side. This weapon is also the same brand and model of rifle used in the murder of his brother, Sean Fischbach. The deaths are still under
The autopsies showed that his death was not a suicide, but her was murdered by someone else. Due to the depth of the wound the weapon use was said to a switchblade or some kind of pocket knife. Doctors predicted that is help was called or if he was found, his life could have been saved.
On November 14, 2007, Joe Horn, a sixty-one year old retired man, was at home when he saw two people breaking into his neighbors’ house. Horn then called 911 and retrieved his shotgun. While on the phone with the emergency operator, Horn was told to stay inside and wait for police, but when he saw the two men leaving he ignored the instructions and went to chase them. During the 911 call, the sound of a shotgun being cocked can be heard before Horn shouts, “Move, you’re dead,” and three shots ring out.
Weaver’s body was found lying still on the bed,not breathing since he had possibly been murdered with a dose of poison. Detectives believe the poison reeked of an odor that had a bitter almond stench. There were other two men found murdered. Their names are known as Christopher Mulholland and Gregory Temple. More investigation will soon follow.
After police investigation, there were many options on account how and who murdered the victim. The gun shot was small and there was insignificant amount of powder remaining on the victims’ body. Dr. Gore, a surgeon in Civic Hospital, checked the wound and discovered that the shot was fired close to the victim. From the bullet hole it look like an amateur fired the gun.
Family and friends grief for loved ones and sometimes don’t know how they died. Well in One Tree Hill Dan Scott murdered his brother Keith in cold blood inside of Tree Hill High. It started off when a depressed student named Jimmy Edwards brought a loaded gun to school and did a school shooting. Keith was in the hallway persuading jimmy to put the gun down, but it wasn’t enough for Jimmy. He ended up taking his own life. Dan then was seen in the hallway after that and picked up the gun and fired it on his brother. He covered up the scene and made it seem as if Jimmy killed Keith then killed himself. Dan ended up being incarcerated for his crime. His family wanted nothing to do with him. Towards the finale of the show Dan explains why he murdered Keith. Emotionally he described how jealous he was and how much he envied his
I shot him, and then rode off. Now, if I had been sensible, I'd have ridden off to the nearest police station and given

He simply poured a shot and finished his beer, going to the fridge for another. I forgot him and turned to the window.
The 20-year-old police officer, Jimeleta, had no connection, but she cared for her best (and only) friend, Zacethine, so she cared for whoever her friend cared for. They were in a psychiatric hospital, because Zacethine’s husband, Ted, was freaking out after he witnessed a horrible murder that even the cops weren’t allowed to see until the cleanup crew came.
He was a very charming man. The way he could lure in any young lady with such delight-fullness was and still remains a mystery. A secret that none of them live to tell. His first catch was a woman by the name of Nancy Shay in her early twenties. She had hired a young nanny to watch over her newborn while she went to the local pub. She was entirely drunk by midnight, but because of the man's tolerance, he was lucky enough to not feel a thing. His subtle opening line was always the same. "What's such a beautiful young lady doing in a terrible place like this? Why don't you come with me and I can show you a better experience." And each and everyone of them fell for it. One of his many brilliant techniques was making his victim helpless as possible, which is why he usually picked them up around bars late in the evening when they were drunk enough to go with him. When they got back to his cash-paid motel room he would offer
When police came they found him dead. He committed suicide by shooting himself in the head. The shooting made buying a gun more hard. A report by Office of the Child Advocate said that he had a disorder.
By now, it's eight in the evening, and I'm almost too tired to stand. This past night, I was up until six in the morning, too frightened to even close my eyes. Images of my stalker trying to enter my room have never stopped flashing in my mind since it had happened.
I then told him, “You may leave.” He then left the room walking away with his black apparel.
I look to my side to see that Caleb has murderer, written on his face. I didn't tell him what Roy told me that I waited too long to make a move, I just told him that he moved on to another girl before I can make a move. Which isn't lying, technically? Imagine if I told him that then Roy wouldn't be alive right
Good morning Ladies and Gentlemen of the jury. For the past several weeks you have heard testimony from the defense stating that their client is innocent of murdering Mr. Wallace, a 24 year old man that was shot and killed in the early morning of March 9, 1997, as he was leaving a music industry party. He was riding in the front passenger seat of a Chevrolet Suburban when another vehicle pulled up beside his and someone opened fire. According to autopsy reports he was shot four times. The medical expert stated the bullet that killed Mr. Wallace was the bullet that entered his right hip and ripped through several organs, including his liver, heart and lung. The other bullets struck Wallace in his left forearm, his back and his left thigh. At the time of his death, he had no drugs or alcohol in his system. I have proven that the defendant murdered Mr. Wallace for no apparent reason. It is up to you to decide hold the defendant
