Creative Writing: Mark Fischbach's Murder

The autopsies showed that his death was not a suicide, but her was murdered by someone else. Due to the depth of the wound the weapon use was said to a switchblade or some kind of pocket knife. Doctors predicted that is help was called or if he was found, his life could have been saved.

On November 14, 2007, Joe Horn, a sixty-one year old retired man, was at home when he saw two people breaking into his neighbors’ house. Horn then called 911 and retrieved his shotgun. While on the phone with the emergency operator, Horn was told to stay inside and wait for police, but when he saw the two men leaving he ignored the instructions and went to chase them. During the 911 call, the sound of a shotgun being cocked can be heard before Horn shouts, “Move, you’re dead,” and three shots ring out.

Weaver’s body was found lying still on the bed,not breathing since he had possibly been murdered with a dose of poison. Detectives believe the poison reeked of an odor that had a bitter almond stench. There were other two men found murdered. Their names are known as Christopher Mulholland and Gregory Temple. More investigation will soon follow.

After police investigation, there were many options on account how and who murdered the victim. The gun shot was small and there was insignificant amount of powder remaining on the victims’ body. Dr. Gore, a surgeon in Civic Hospital, checked the wound and discovered that the shot was fired close to the victim. From the bullet hole it look like an amateur fired the gun.

It started off when a depressed student named Jimmy Edwards brought a loaded gun to school and did a school shooting. Keith was in the hallway persuading jimmy to put the gun down, but it wasn’t enough for Jimmy. He ended up taking his own life. Dan then was seen in the hallway after that and picked up the gun and fired it on his brother. He covered up the scene and made it seem as if Jimmy killed Keith then killed himself. Dan ended up being incarcerated for his crime. His family wanted nothing to do with him. Towards the finale of the show Dan explains why he murdered Keith. The medical expert stated the bullet that killed Mr. Wallace was the bullet that entered his right hip and ripped through several organs, including his liver, heart and lung. The other bullets struck Wallace in his left forearm, his back and his left thigh. At the time of his death, he had no drugs or alcohol in his system.
